As usual, Mike and his expert team did a terrific job repairing my Acura TL. Over nearly 20 years and 3 Acura's (a Legend and 2 TL's), I've always been happy with the great service, fair price, and quality of work at RM Automotive. They are terrific, honest, hard-working and extremely knowledgeable people.

I've never been compelled to write a Google review until my experience with RM Automotive. Below is a detailed description of my experience with the owner Mike and Alan the Service Writer. I Brought my car in $264.82 worth of routine maintenance. They told me my brake lights didn’t work even though they worked when I brought the car in. They recommended I keep my car overnight to fix it, then I said I would file a complaint to the Automotive Review Board for malpractice. Mike the owner then refused to charge me for services rendered, provide me with a bill, or review the work performed on my vehicle. Now I have no record of services performed on my vehicle. Mike says he “stands behind all the recommendations made on your car.” (This is his standard response in negative reviews.) Curiously, Mike doesn't mind doing $264.82 worth of “free work” for his customers since he refused to charge me! Avoid this place like the plague.

Finally an honest mechanic shop! Allen is the best! Will definitely be back and recommend to all my family and friends!!

I used to only go to the dealer for car service, and went to RM on a fluke when my previous car was leaking oil. The staff there was honest, straightforward and helpful, so when I bought a new car, I started going there, and have never looked back. Mike and his staff are diligent, responsible, warm and helpful! I am still going a later! Woo hoo!

This is a family run shop and they go out of their way to make sure that customers feel like family too. They gave me updates on my car & even sent pictures! Despite all my questions they patiently explained what was going on with my car. Plus, they offered drinks & snacks in the waiting room and in the shuttle ride. I absolutely recommend RM Auto… and if you go anywhere else then you are missing out!!

RM Automotive is a fabulous find for me. Knowledgeable staff, good service, excellent customer service. They get the job done even when they encounter unexpected problems.. would recommend this auto shop.
