I had my transmission flushed on my 2019 Acura a few weeks ago and they did a fabulous job. They did a full complementary inspection and gave me recommendations on some things they felt that would be best.They were very professional and quick with their courtesy driver Alex was also very kind as well. This is my first experience with RM Automotive auto shop! They have excellent service and great customer service! The customer service advisor Efrain helped me to answer all my questions and they repaired my car fast. Prices are reasonable! The most important part is their professionalism, excellent work, and honesty. Highly recommend them!

I really like to photos included in the inspection report. Service advisor Kyle is honest, technical and knowledgeable. The service is excellent albeit labor cost is about the same as in the dealerships.
