I was satisfied with the service performed on my car. Pricing is fair and service was completed within a day. However I was not impressed by some aspects of customer service. I had requested the complementary drop off and pick up, which is why I picked this place to begin with. I was dropped off and Alex was wonderful, however they called me 30 minutes before my expected pickup time saying they couldnt pick me up. The shop was also closing in about a hour, so it left me scrambling to figure out a last minute ride in peak traffic before they closed and left me without my car.. It wouldve been okay if there was more of a heads up. Otherwise the experience was nice and I would return for a service.

Had a starter replaced on my 2014 Honda. Service was good and timely. I was not pleased that I was charged an extra $200 for an electrical scan to find out the problem was the starter. We all knew it was the starter before they began working on the car. I thought that charge was excessive

I had a great experience at RM Automotive. I initially called and spoke with Mr. Efrain, and right away I got a good vibe from him. I brought my Mercedes-Benz C300 in because the check engine light came on. He explained that a diagnostic was needed, which due to timing, I was suggested to leave my car overnight. I was a bit hesitant about that, but Mr. Efrain reassured me that my vehicle would be kept safely locked in their shop and monitored with cameras, which gave me peace of mind. He was very patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Honestly, if it weren't for him, I don't think I would have felt as comfortable moving forward. They completed a diagnostic without any pressure to fix or add additional repairs or services. I chose to move forward with a couple of repairs, and everything was handled efficiently over the next two days. Their pricing is fair, they got me in right away, and the lifetime warranty gives me extra confidence. Overall, I feel like my money was well spent and I'll definitely be coming back.

They worked on a 20+ year old RX8 soon to be considered historical in CA. The car had many many things wrong with it. It was quite an ordeal to fix it. It took awhile but they stuck with it. They also did engine break in for me since I drive the Camarillo grade and it is almost impossible to break it in on the grade. Thanks to the RM team for your persistence and perfectionist attitude.
