Good morning Efrain, I'm emailing you regarding my 2015 Chrysler 200. The final report is missing the printout of the electrical repair to the transmission. The printout consists of the failure and the repair. I did not receive it. Could you please email it to me? I would appreciate it because the car is still doing the same thing I told you, as well as when you were driving it. I was with you on the ride-along. I will need to take it to the Chrysler dealership so they can review the repair that RM Automotive has done. I appreciate your cooperation. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible. I need this paperwork from your mechanic. I spent $185 on the inspection and waited a whole day, then another half day for the repair. Then realize its not fixed. I went to the Chrysler dealership in Van Nuys. I need a copy or printout of the diagnosis of the electrical component that was no longer working, and another printout showing it was fixed by your mechanic, who fixed my car. When I picked up my vehicle, I was charged an additional $209 fee to fix the issue with my car. I was also given a $15 coupon. The total of my bill was $379 pain in cash.

I brought my Tesla Model 3 in at the end of February to fix suspension issues that I was having and they did an incredible job. I was trying to get an appointment with Tesla but at the time they didn’t have anything available to me for about two weeks. I was able to get an appointment at RMS the next morning and my car was ready the day after that. Everyone that I spoke to over the phone and in person was very knowledgeable and patient with me. They talked me through every step of the way and once they looked at car they sent me photos with descriptions on what needed to be done. This is the first time I’ve ever had to deal with any car issue and the experience was great. I’m glad I found a place in the valley that can work on Tesla’s.

My last visit was oil change and an a/c problem. I have to take my car back in this week to see if they can spot the ac leak. Kyle usually helps me and he is always excellent. I also appreciate the ride home and pick up service, Alex is terrific.

This auto shop is by hands-down one of the best places I’ve taken in a vehicle to. They’re very professional very thorough on the inspection process, including photos of what needs to be replaced or needs attention to. I had a turbo replaced through warranty, and Kyle and his team were very helpful in assisting me going through that process, which I appreciate very much as a customer who will be taking future vehicles with any problems to this shop. I am pretty far from this location, but trust it’s very well worth the drive.
