I recently moved to Northridge and was needing to find a new car shop that can work on hybrid vehicles. I’ve been going to RM Automotive and they have been the greatest. At one point my car was completely immobile and I was able to get it towed into the shop and handled. They made a stressful situation a little less with how professional and quick they handled it. Efrain and Kyle have been very sweet and knowledgeable every time I’ve called and/or came in. They explain everything and are transparent. No surprises, great quality work, comparable pricing.
