Very knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful employees. The service took longer than I expected but they did a full inspection on my truck and found an issue I didn't know about. I'm definitely going back I hate leaving my truck with people but I trust these guys to do right. Thank you

First time customer at RM Automotive. Found thought that was them on a Google search for Jeep Mechanical work. I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, very clean and organized shop. Adequate parking for customers. Service writer Kyle was very helpful and informative. A comprehensive inspection was done on my Jeep Wrangler and was text to my phone with pictures and video.
Went because AAA recommended them for a smog. They were all very helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

I was satisfied with the service performed on my car. Pricing is fair and service was completed within a day. However I was not impressed by some aspects of customer service. I had requested the complementary drop off and pick up, which is why I picked this place to begin with. I was dropped off and Alex was wonderful, however they called me 30 minutes before my expected pickup time saying they couldnt pick me up. The shop was also closing in about a hour, so it left me scrambling to figure out a last minute ride in peak traffic before they closed and left me without my car.. It wouldve been okay if there was more of a heads up. Otherwise the experience was nice and I would return for a service.
Had a starter replaced on my 2014 Honda. Service was good and timely. I was not pleased that I was charged an extra $200 for an electrical scan to find out the problem was the starter. We all knew it was the starter before they began working on the car. I thought that charge was excessive
