Came here to do some brake maintenance and was pleased with the whole experience. They communicated the whole process with me and I was left without a doubt about what was going to be done to my vehicle. I was able to get some new tires installed as well for a fair price, right before the New Year. I would recommend RM automotive to everyone.

Big fan of this place. They definitely earned my future business. They seemed to be honest and straightforward. They told me my car was overall in very good shape, which is an indicator that they were not trying to sell me services I didn't need. I needed a new starter, which is what I came in for, and they also noted that I needed a new oil pan, which is actually something a previous mechanic had pointed out. They took pictures of all the issues to document their findings. And they did the most incredible thing after servicing the car: they called a week later to see how the car was doing! Now THAT is how to run a business.

It was better than dealership's inspection of my car. Now, I know a lot more about the car's problems. However, some pices shocked me, such as the cost of replacing the spark plugs, which was more than $1000. The people who work here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The riding service is great.
