I can always count on RM to come through when I need help with a car. They got my car back on the road the same day and and also let me know of all the important things I need to take care of on it.

I've been going to RM Automotive for a few years. They are always warm and keep my vehicle in great shape. It's very important to me, as a woman, to find mechanics who aren't predatory and who don't try to take advantage of women. I've been very happy with their service and their willingness to tell me what services are the most important when I can't take care of them all at once. They also provide transportation to and from your home.

Detailed inspection send via text. Repair history goes to carfax. Was looking for a mechanic shop I could totally trust but typical dealer type experience where you have to accept and decline service. They are friendly and do a good job but you also have to on guard or educated so your not doing unnecessary maintenance or too early. -1 for that. I will still use them after my ev coolant flush. I just don’t feel 100% relaxed when I do business with them.

Excellent service all around. I came in with an issue that another auto repair shop was not able to figure out (despite running diagnostics on it for two days!). I explained the issue to Efrain and he logged everything into their system and I was able to leave my car there for a thorough inspection. I later received a text with a link to a file with photos and an explanation of everything that needed immediate attention. So not only did they figure out the problem and were able to resolve it, but I didn’t have to chase them for answers like I had to with the last mechanic I took it to. I’m very impressed with their work ethic and they’ve gained a new loyal customer.

I never ever write reviews but I felt like I had to contribute to the almost perfect 5 star rating this shop has. This place is truly fantastic because of the honesty, integrity, and service. Especially thanks to Kyle. Give that man a big raise, fancy cars, tons of money, whatever he wants because he deserves it. Last time I had a mechanic shop this honest and sound was when I lived in a small town in San Diego county. I’m sure at least some of the reason that shop was as honest and good as it was is because everyone in town would’ve had pitchforks and torches at the ready had it not been. But you get that same honesty and solid work in a larger shop in the vicinity of one of the biggest cities in America. That’s hard to find and it is great. Kyle was communicative and dealt with me constantly calling the shop being annoying every step of the way. The repairs are solid. You really can’t ask for more. Take your car here, you’ll be in good hands.
