RM Automotive provided me as always the best automotive service LA has to offer. The people at RM are genuinely friendly folk who completely break the stereotype of being "That" repair shop who's out to make an extra buck. You really couldn't ask for a greater group of people who do quality work at a competitive price. I highly recommend their service for any car maintenance needed.-Bob

Great place to have your car serviced. Top notch service with very reasonable pricing. I had the timing belt service done on my 2001 Honda CRV which included the replacement of 3 drive belts and the water pump. All done in 1 day at a much lower cost then dealer quotes. Their staff iare very courteous and friendly. I would recommend RM Automotive to all of my friends.

I drove down from Northern CA to have Rich, Reed, Mike, and Heidi take care of my Acura TL. The level of service at RM Automotive is beyond compare. They are excellent at what they do and take care of the little things other service shops miss. I feel important and heard regarding my car issues-no matter how minor. I've been taking my car to RM Automotive for 8 years. I trust them infinitely and love seeing them all!

I love that they always am clear with their estimates, no surprises, and keeping me informed of what I need to keep an eye on. Text reminders help me too. Rich is very honest. I actually know they have saved me money. And my car runs great!

My whole family has taken their cars and trucks to RM for years..The are honest and great at what they do. They are good at reminding me of appointments. They have a wonderfully skilled, friendly staff. They take me where I need to be while they work on my car. I am on a super tight budget so they prioritize what needs done on my old car so me and my family are safe and I can stay within my budget.

PRO:I had some major work done on the car and they did an excellent job on it. I am very happy with they work they did. :)At first, I thought I need a new re-built engine but they was able to save my engine and fix it up. :)CON:The only complaint is, there's actually another thing wrong with the car but they couldn't find it until much later when I had another major problem with the car.But it might have been my fault. I should have them check on it again after driving it few thousands miles more. Also, unless your car break down, they only take appointments. So you can't just go there for a oil change and have them do it on that day. You have to make an appointment and come back another time to do it. OVERALL:I recommend this place if you have Honda, Acura, Toyota, or Lexus.
