Had timing belt replaced on my 2001 Honda Civic appox 5 years ago. Found Mike friendly and professional. I was happy with the price and the great job they did. NO problems afterward. Great and fast service. I have a comprehensive review on Yelp with my first experience with RM.My 2nd time at RM and they do a great job from customer service, to fixing my car and shuttle service (to and from work). I called at 645pm on Tuesday, June 12th and got a 730am appt for Wednesday, June 13th. Awesome!!!I took my car in because I had a check engine and trac off light indicator that popped up twice this past week. Mike and Reed explained the p0505 problem to me and what needed to be done.RM was able to fix the problem the same day and added BG 44k to my car. Craig, the service advisor, who I met when I returned back to the shop explained what I needed to hear and what was done. My car is running smoothly with their service and the addition of BG 44k.The owners and staff are GREATTTT!!!! Even Mike, the service technician, who picked me up from work, was very friendly and talked about his experiences with cars, such as mine, etc.Thank you guys! Til next time....

Very professional, there are no "salesmen" working on commission. They do what service is necessary at a reasonable price. They do offer suggestions and recommendations on future services which is a very practical way to keep your vehicle in excellent condition. They are the true definition of "Customer Service".
