Today was the first time I ever took my car somewhere else besides the Toyota dealership. Toyota dealerships in LA area have horrible reviews so I just could not bring myself to trust them with my car. Saw Yelp and Google reviews for RM so took chance as i am preparing for road trip. This was my first time to RM so I cannot speak about continuous service but I had a good first impression and I will return. Excellent customer service. Quick response to email and appointment setup. I was greeted by Mike. Very professional. Explained work and checked with me about additional services (went for 40,000 service and asked them to check brakes & tires). As a courtesy Mike set up my next appointment. I was given a warranty for service. Wonderful! Overall I think you should give it a try. I will admit I was nervous but my fears were set at ease because they specialize in Toyotas, tell you what they are doing and give detailed print out of what they checked and also what service was completed. Also told me how much tread have left on tires. I really appreciate that. My car was returned in good working order. If this changes I will update!
