First time here, honest people. I do appreciate their system of vehicle inspection to show me my vehicles report. Fair prices. Will most likely be returning. Shuttle service is awesome!

I do not nor have I ever owned a Honda or an Acura. I own a European brand vehicle and even over past years with other mostly American brand vehicles RM has always been available to accommodate my needs. I'd say at least 15 years. This time I can honestly say that I saved $150.00 going to RM instead of the Volkswagen dealer where they lie to me to try and get more of my money. Thanks Mike and team. Solid service over the years.

First time customer. Friendly staff all around. I dealt with Robert and he provided great customer service all throughtout the time my car was in his care at the shop. I will be coming back to fix what needs to be done on my car 👍

60k mi. service, front suspension, front and rear brakes. Timely completion. Excellent service from Dean. Really appreciated the texted service report. Did find tools left in the front passenger floor and had to drive back to the shop to return them.Cost of parts and labor was $4000. Picking up a freshly washed clean car would have been a nice touch

I really like this shop. I stumbled upon it when I was looking for a local mechanic. I think they are trustworthy & reliable. The front office is good even though they like the Astros.

I had the window motor replaced in May. The window will go up and it sticks halfway down. I brought it in to be looked at again and have my door latch release cable replaced. They couldn’t find anything wrong with the window. The next morning, the window did the same thing. I have been watching you tube videos to trouble shoot. I will try some silicone in the frame and see if that helps with the friction. Super friendly and profession staff. Waiting room is spotless.
