Quick, efficient and they ask all the right questions to understand your automotive issue. We were all on the same page, as when I arrived, I had multiple issues to address. One of the services I was thinking about looking into was my 30k mile service, where they drain and replace all my critical fluids. They indicated it might increase my gas mileage. WOW, did it... I'm getting 2mpg more now plus the truck shifts so much more smoother!!! But that loaner car... OMG... Take that thing to a good mechanic and spruce it up!! (LOL) Going home was fine, but... Not too bad a shape for the miles it had on it, The car was pretty dirty. Dirty windows makes one nervous in an unknown car. Before I got home, the check engine light came on making me pretty nervous (Turns out they know what the light is about.) It stayed on for the 1-hour commute back the next morning. The drivers seat belt would not latch the next morning. The buckle is very sticky and not latching. I had to hold it in place so it looked like I had a belt on, then I came up with the idea to latch it into the buckle of the RF seat. (Get that fixed!!! I did not feel safe at all driving it like that.) Other than the loaner vehicle, it was a near perfect mechanic visit! (+2 mpg more from the service! Can you believe that???)
