Let it be known the service here has prompted me to write my very first yelp review! I took my '03 Civic Hybrid here back in October. I needed an oil change and a minor service. Being new to the area, I looked to yelp to find a trustworthy and financially reasonable auto shop. My mechanics found that my bushings, front struts, and tires needed replacement. Rich was very understanding of my student budget and let me know that the bushings needed immediate replacement, the struts were worn, but could be put off till my budget allowed, and my tires were ok for now, but needed replacing soon. I shopped around the area after learning what needed to be replaced and when I found a cheaper shop, Rich wanted to keep my business and worked down the price as much as humanly possible while ensuring Honda parts. When my car was finished, he thoroughly went over what was done and even showed me what the heck bushings are and explained their importance in the suspension system. With their replacement (and fluid replacements and alignment), I am now enjoying my original mpg efficiency which had gone down about 5-7mpgs over the last 10 years. That's a difference of 60-84 miles in a tank! I'll be in the area for at least another 2 years and will definitely be coming back here for any and all my auto needs.
