Really great people at RM Automotive. I enjoyed Wifi and Coffee while waiting for my car. Clean facility, very up front with their costs. Very straightforward about all their information. I came in for an "intermediate service" and it was quite a bit less than the dealer quoted me and a lot easier, less bureaucratic system of getting your car checked-in (you know the feeling, 5 service writers all vying to write you up and max out charges for your car, and then they want the whole day to work on it, so they can juggle their best deals first). I got in and out with a next day appointment, less than 2 hours total. All as promised. Since they focus on a few select makes of cars, they know the ins and outs of these models very well and are very good at making sure no surprises happen.

As always very good service. The shuttle service is great and so is the complementary drinks.

The best Japanese Automotive Service in town. Expert repair, fair price, excellent customer service, honest. I have been coming to this place for so many years for two of my son cars and now my wife's Honda car. Never have any complaint at all and always happy after the repair. They strongly stand behind their work.

i don't write online reviews...but I had too. Rich the general manager was straight forward, explained everything in detail and then laid out the costs. I double checked the costs online...he was right on. I am usually very skeptical of all repair shops. My car needed pretty major repairs/maintenance. Timing belts, shocks, valve adjustments, broken motor mount, all fluids, new front brakes and a few more things as well. i know that it would have been twice as much at the dealer or another shop. When I picked it up...my car is driving fantastic. And quite frankly the fact that they guarantee work for 3 years/30K miles..I never heard of that before. Great shop. I'm bringing my other car in and referring others to RM Auto...my new repair shop. Great job!!

I always despise having to go to the mechanics as a female. When I went into RM Automotive, for my airconditioning, Rich was extremely professional. I told him about the struggles I have had trying to figure out what was going on with my vehicle besides just the AC, going from one mechanic to another. He checked everything out, gave me a call back and explained it all meticulously, having an answer and solution for everything that was going on. He gave me an estimate and timeframe for work and it did not change at all. I cannot say this for any other mechanic that I've been to. I am so incredibly happy to have found RM. They are honest, reliable and accurate. They will definitely take care of anything you need for your vehicle.

Efficient!

My car needed a smog check as well as an oil change in a short amount of time. I found this place through Yelp after reading some of the reviews. I showed up and Rich who greeted me at the front desk was very helpful and professional. I left my car there to be serviced and they offered me a ride home since I had to get ready to go to work. Reed brought me home and we had a pleasant conversation. They made me feel at ease. Rich followed up with a phone call to let me know about my car and how it all went. Once my car was ready Reed picked me up again. When I returned to get my car Rich went over all the services that were done. Also went over some of the services that he recommended me to have in the future to keep my little neglected Honda in tiptop shape. The items were listed by order of importance and had the prices which I really appreciate. I will definitely use these guys again. Props on the awesome service!!!! I am one happy customer

I've been taking both our cars (Lexus) to RM Automotive for a couple of years now. They have been, at every step of the way, totally professional and trustworthy. We have had a variety of repairs done to both cars and every time the price was fair and the service was excellent. I'm going again this morning to prep my car for a cross country drive. I trust RM to give my '04 a good inspection and make the appropriate recommendations. Rich is top notch at the front desk. He will give you straight up answers and repair options. Heidi is an awesome manager and very personable. The shuttle service is the cherry on top. Top marks and highest recommendations to these folks!
