I had went to a dealership that was meant for my vehicle (Keye’s Hyundai) and they gave me a lot of hassle, unanswered questions, confusing explanations, and they over charged me and my warranty company. A week later a noise from my front tires, where they had worked, returned. With the help from Mike and his associates, they found the issue and help my car get back onto the road with this amazing feel when I drive her. I am truly grateful for Mike and his business. I am from South Dakota and finding this wholesomeness quality service here in Los Angeles is hard to find. Scarce even. Today I am truly grateful… Thank You Mike and Family!

We have been very happy using RM over the years for various cars. They are friendly, accommodating, we trust them and they are very fair with their pricing. My daughter was in town for a few days and we took her car in for an oil change, it came back needing a lot of work and they were very willing to try to get it all done in a very short period of time before she had to leave again. Thanks RM for making sure she’s safe on road !

Do not recommend this place. It deserves zero stars. Car went into the shop needing a catalytic converter and came out needing a new hybrid battery. I truly believe they blew up my battery to get more money from me. Buyer beware before doing business with this place.

Hit or miss. Sometimes I get great service and I leave feeling content. Other times it's apparent the mechanic was either in a rush or being a bit careless. I'm the kind of person who notices scuff marks, scratches, spilled oil in the engine bay, missing fasteners, etc. It's my belief every mechanic should be tidy and professional yet I see evidence of the contrary sometimes. I hate to leave a negative review like this but it's starting to feel like russian roulette when I bring my car in for service appointments so I'm considering going elsewhere from now on. I did speak with the owner about advising his staff to slow down a little and focus a bit more on cleanliness. Hopefully it helped.
