I have had nightmare experiences with the dealer service centers in the past. It's very refreshing to know that high integrity automotive shops still exist out there. Mike and the RM team are very professional. From the service counter and the highly trained technicians and mechanics, to the transportation they provide, you will be treated right. You can have all your interval service work done there and never have to go to the dealership. You will save money and time. I have been in the automotive aftermarket for over 30 years and highly recommend RM automotive to get your car driving right, or for your next service on your vehicle. If you care as much about your vehicle as I do, you will take it to RM automotive, and your car will thank you.

My experience with RM Automotive was amazing from start to finish. First, I want to compliment Heidi who manages the office and handles the shuttle service. I needed transportation both coming and going and she was on time, professional and always wearing a smile. The mechanics were extremely thorough and ran a diagnostic so we could pin point with accuracy any and all issues. My car needed a great deal of work but we went over each item and made decisions together so I appreciate the collaborative approach without the hard sell. Pictures were taken so I could visually see all problem areas and when I was quoted a price to fix them, the price was the same when I picked up the car. Great crew, super friendly and nice. I highly recommend.

The RM team are thorough, kind, informative, and upfront. That does not mean it is the least expensive shop, but if you want your car to not be treated as a discount machine, and get authoruzed parts (I have found important for KIAs), then you have found an honest shop. Tsylor at the front is a go to guy, was always there with answers to questions. My car is running great, and they didn't force unnecessary items or work. Go here.

They are knowledgeable and gives me the right advice on any car issues. It’s the only place that when I pick up my car after a regular maintenance, the car feels better than when I drop it off.

I have been going to RM for years and years. I was originally referred to them by my neighbor Claude Shelton who passed a couple years ago. I have brought 3 maybe even 4 different vehicles over the years, I referred my daughter and my ex girlfriend to them. They both had Honda vehicles and were both about to be financially violated by the service center on Sepulveda Boulevard in Van Nuys. They both were happy with the services and saved a lot of money. I too have been happy and satisfied with the friendly people and great services at RM. Thanks everyone!!! Heidi always gets me to work or home. Thank you!!!

The folks there are wonderful and take pride in customer service. Unlike my car, I've had no issues. ;)

Always thorough and professional. I appreciate the text/email showing the work they performed, with photos attached, and recommended and immediate service needed. All in all, I’m very happy with the service.... have been for 20 years.
