I am always impressed by the customer service provided. This was the first time, however, that my car which was brought in at 8:30 ish was not ready at the end of the day. They were unusually busy. I know that can happen, but am also hoping it was just an aberrant day. Because they are so good at scheduling, I hope they do not overbook and that instead a car or two just posed unanticipated issues. I will continue to be a customer!

Took my 2004 4Runner to them for a P0020 code. Code is for an O2 sensor and that means it could be the sensor or something else further down the electronics/computer rabbit hole. The more expensive rabbit hole. RM could have up-charged me at every turn. Not only did they NOT do that but they went above and beyond by fixing the shoddy radiator install from a different shop. There’s a reason their score has maintained. Highly recommend. Once again, took my 4runner in because I thought I needed new breaks. They were squeaking at times and "mushy". Turned out I didn't need new breaks and they were still at 70%. RM could have said "yep, new breaks" and ripped me off. They didn't. I'm tellin' ya..these guys are up front and legit.
