After visiting the service area of our local dealership, I was not satisfied with their, "It's normal, we cannot find anything wrong with your truck" response. The problem persisted and I decided to try a different service shop. I searched for one with outstanding reviews and came up with RM Automotivwas surprised to find that RM Auto was a very professional auto repair business with each of the staff very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Although busy, they were able to take the car in that same day to diagnose the problem. They contacted me via text/email and attached photos of problem areas. It was pretty easy to see what needed to be done. They did excellant work and finished the job that afternoon.
