First time customer at RM Automotive here and I would like to share my opinions. I first called the shop on a Friday morning about a starting issue with my Mazda CX-9 as the motor wouldn’t crank. I was able to bring the vehicle in same day to have the issue diagnosed and later that afternoon was told what the cause and fix would be. Within a few hours of authorizing the work the SUV was fixed! Great customer service, knowledgeable, accommodating and prompt staff. Great mechanic work with no issues as I drove the SUV from LA to central CA and back that same weekend. It’s always nerve-racking being a first timer at a new shop but these folks know their stuff. They have earned my trust and would definitely return for maintenance and repairs.

Excellent service, professional staff and fair prices. I found RMAutomotive because I was new to the area and needed to find a place I could trust to service my vehicle, I’m very picky in general but specially with my car. They are a gem in the auto repair business here in the valley. If your googling or reading reviews for good repair shops, I encourage you to try RMAutomotive. Anyone who is sick of the b.s. from the dealer or large chains do yourself a favor and stop by.

Came in for a general servicing and a puncture in my tire. They sent me a comprehensive inspection report where they looked over the whole car, taking pictures and giving notes about what was in good shape and what was needing to be addressed. They gave good advice about which items were more urgent. Fast and professional, good work as well. A little pricey, but makes sense when you consider the quality of work.

This shop made it super easy to get my car fixed and I felt the prices were fair. The shuttle service is extremely helpful and Allan is very friendly, helpful, funny, and answered all of my dumb questions as if they weren't dumb questions so I appreciate that. TBH I wasn't expecting to have to pay for a diagnostics test as I thought my issue was a little straightforward, but I really don't know all that much cars or auto garages so perhaps that is standard and I just don't know it. And that being said, who am I to say if my issue is straightforward or not? I only know whether or not my radio works in my car. That being said, I ended up not being sorry that I got a diagnostics test. It came with a very easy to read electronic link that showed me everything that was wrong with my car that a) needed immediate attention b) anticipated upcoming attention or c) was in good shape. I suspect that this diagnostics result was accurate and not taking me for a ride as they even include pictures of issues that need maintenance so I could see for myself. I took a few business cards and saved their number as I'll definitely recommend them to anyone in the valley looking to get a clean and simple job done on their car.
