The RM Automotive staff members were very attentive to my needs and my issues right away. Offered sound advice and the charge for the service was very reasonable. Everyone was very accommodating and displayed excellent customer service. It was my first time visit and I highly recommend this shop.

I’ve been coming to RM automotive for several years now and it’s because no business offers that family feel anymore. Everything is internet this, Amazon that, order online, talk to a robot. No not for me, I want to have a great caring relationship that involves human talking and trust and dependability and that’s why I deal with RM Auto and Taylor, and Mike and Dean and Heidi because I trust them. They are a family unit that strives to make their customer happy by providing the best customer service their is. You can’t get that from Technology. And I even have my family going to RM Auto now. RM Automotive is a hidden gem in the San Fernando Valley. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, but the best part for me was having that peace of mind knowing that my car is in the best hands. I first want to thank Dean, my service advisor who was fantastic and made sure that everything on my car got fixed including the splash shield which was basically hanging off the bottom of my car (free of charge BTW). I also, want to very much thank Heidi the general manager & shuttle driver at RM Auto who is such a pleasant and hardworking person. For example, when my service advisor couldn't get a hold of me to tell me that my car was ready to collect, Heidi came to address, walked around my building to find my apt. and literally knocked on my door to tell me that my car was ready, and then she gave me a lyft back to the shop. I highly recommend RM Automotive to anyone looking for a trustworthy, and professional repair shop.
