Very professional, sincere and thorough repairs. They also email you pictures after diagnosis. After some research on google I found the prices to be absolutely fare. Anything lesser may cost you your peace of mind. I know my car was in good hands.

Took my 16 year-old Subaru Outback in because it was overheating. I received a thorough diagnostic complete with photos. That they took the time to photograph everything was so helpful for me. The problem was the head gasket, which can be a big job and sometimes means the end for these types of cars. The team there did a spectacular job explaining the situation and kept me up to date regarding how repairs were going. I spoke mostly to Taylor, who provided amazing customer service the entire time my car was in the shop. I got my car back about two weeks ago and it's running better than when I bought it about seven years ago at 65,000 miles. I owe a huge thank you to the RM Automotive team, you guys earned a lifetime customer.
