this was my first time at RM and I am very pleased. John was most helpful explaining in detail what needed to be done. When my car was ready, Reed picked me up at my job, on time, and we had a nice conversation back to the shop. Everything done was very professional in every way. I will continue to use RM as my only automotive repair shop. After many years of being raked over by the auto repair industry I feel very good about RM.

I have been going to RM for about three years, but my husband had been going to them about 8 years prior to that. They are always up front and honest. At the end of each service they let me know what to expect on the next routine maintenance. It is always nice to know what is coming down the road. They call a few weeks after seeing you to ensure you know that they appreciate your business and to make sure that you are satisfied with the service. If the service is going to take a while they always offer to drive you home or to work. 90% of the time I am able to wait while they do the service since they are very considerate of my time. I have and will continue to recommend RM Automotive to friends, family and strangers!

The R&M team is tops. Been a customer 10+ years. They worked on my Acuras, Hondas & Toyotas. Always pleasant to deal with. They care about your car. Love the "dropoff/pickup" shuttle.

RM Automotive is what every garage should be: technically knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, clean, and honest (sounds like the Boy Scouts). While they certainly don't charge the lowest prices in town, the quality of their service makes it seem worthwhile. This garage is preferable to a dealership, since they are on a much smaller scale and have a more personal, personable approach.

I love the customer service you provide, very informative about our auto problems. I really like how you give me a print out of what my car will be needing soon for services, very helpful in planning ahead financially and what not. You make it convinient by providing rides back to our destination when we need to leave our car at the shop. Great service!

I really appreciated the approach given to me, for someone who's not knowledgable in mechanical stuff, I felt that my questions were answered and explained well. I felt very comfortable and really liked how they offered other options of payment. They also provided me with a rental car at no extra charge. I don't know anywhere else that would do that. Thank you for your service.

John + Reed = Team Awesome. John always makes a point to get in some friendly conversation when I drop off my car. He is timely in calling me about anything unusual, or in letting me know when my car is ready for pick up. Reed is full of jollies when he drives me to/from work. I never have to wait more than a couple minutes for a ride (I have waited for an hour at a dealership before!). All in all, R&M makes for a pleasant day in LA without a car (tough to imagine)!
