I had a great exsperiance at RM Auto .The guys are very skilled and have great customer service .I dropped the honda off ,they gave me a ride to work .The car was finished in one day .I have a 2000 honda v6 and they know alot about these cars. They have many years of experiance I believe over 30 years if i remember correctly but forsure they know whats going on.Also they are honest and did what they said .My car has 226,000 Miles and has never ran better .Thankyou RM Automotive you guys Rock. Always feel good when I leave my car at R/M Automotive. Work is always done right and more often than not its ready the same day it is dropped off. The courtesy shuttle service is very convenient if you need to drop off your ride and need to get dropped off somewhere, and they will even pick you up too if need be. Great people and great service/s.

I picked RM because it is close to home and I can walk there. But what keeps me coming back is that the staff seems professional and helpful and answers my concerns about whether or not work is needed immediately which helps me decide when I can spare the money. I really like my car and want to keep it as long as possible. I feel that RM will help me do that.
