These guys were really nice, professional, they did pretty good work from what I can tell and even did a curtesy recommendations check. Thanks. The thing is, after calling around to compare prices, I realized, these guys are overcharging their services. Not too mention the recommendations totaled around another $1500 and after talking to around 4-5 other mechanics within 2-3 miles, I found much cheaper prices on tires (same make), general alignment, new axle/boots vs the rebuilt RM offered me, and even filter changes. Do your research because sometimes prices don't mean much if you have nothing to compare them too.

First time with my 2004 Lexus Es330, Rm Automotive did a great job, Rich and Zack are down to earth, Friendly, Honest and accommodating, Reed dropped me off at home and came back to get me when the service was done. I Recommend RM 100%

First time using RM Automotive, for a 2006 Toyota Avalon acquired from a friend. Another mechanic estimated it would need $2000 of work in the near future. RM's 30-point inspection found virtually every item on the other mechanic's list to be in excellent condition. They recommended only a new battery and AC filter. Total bill was $383, including oil/filter and required smog certificate for title and registration. RM got me in same-day, communicated clearly and continuously throughout the process, and made sure to re-state what my charges would be each time I approved a new item to be fixed. This is truly a five-star operation, cannot recommend them highly enough.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I found this shop by searching Yelp. I was looking for a certified Lexus repair shop. My 2014 Lexus needed to be serviced. I was able to get a same day appt. I was provided a ride to work via RM Shuttle. The pricing was fair and I did not, at any time, feel as though I was being "taken" with unnecessary services. These men are professional, courteous, and ensure that you fully aware of exactly what will be done to your car. They even went as far as to let me know that at 60,000 mi. I would be looking at a higher cost due to the servicing that is entailed for that mileage. I appreciated this because I know going in, what to expect. This is my go-to shop for all of my Lexus needs. Thank you gentlemen!!

Good news, I don't have to drive to Thousand Oaks for my car repairs anymore! Great customer service, got my repairs finished in one day, and they have a shuttle service. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment to smog my 2006 Accord. The first time I have had to smog my car since moving to the valley. Although it wasn't an issue because RM Automotive definitely is my go-to. They are trust worthy and always friendly. Came in around 8:00am, and was out of the door before 9:00am worry free.
