They also have good a customer service record on Yelp, which is how I decided to use them to repair my 2007 Prius.Rich and his team are extremely professional and to-the-point when it comes to diagnosing and describing a problem to their customers. I felt like I was informed at all times during the repair work, and Rich gave me options to consider for my car's problems.The final bill didn't waver a cent from what they told me, and I appreciated their straightforward approach and quality workmanship. Hopefully I won't need their services again soon, but if I do, I won't hesitate to visit R M again.
