I was lucky enough to come across RM Automotive a few weeks ago when the battery on my Honda died. I brought it in, and was done in less than an hour, without an appointment. They are friendly, fair, and knowledgeable. They are my new regular auto people!

Called in advance to confirm availablity for smog check. As had called day before to confirm cost and appointment was meet with VERY friendly front desk mgr. When arrived for first visit, a smile and positive presence was presented . Was told amount of time it would take and they meet this arrangement Waiting room was confirm able with TV to watch. Very quite area and very clean. When looking in work area found it very clean and organizedWould highly recommend

RM is the only car service I will ever go to as long as I'm in the SFV. My whole family goes there and is always a great price and great service.

i don't write reviews...but I had too. Rich the general manager was straight forward, explained everything in detail and then laid out the costs. I double checked the costs online...he was right on. I am usually very skeptical of all repair shops. My car needed pretty major repairs/maintenance. Timing belts, shocks, valve adjustments, broken motor mount, all fluids, new front brakes and a few more things as well. i know that it would have been twice as much at the dealer or another shop. When I picked it up...my car is driving fantastic. And quite frankly the fact that they guarantee work for 3 years/30K miles..I never heard of that before. Great shop. I'm bringing my other car in and referring others to RM Auto...my new repair shop. Great job!!

I have been going to RM for a little while now. The car I bought had a few problems. Overheating due to incorrect parts, oil leaks, etc. RM got it sorted. I can say that RM isn't the cheapest option, but I didn't want cheap I wanted a good job and you certainly get what you pay for. Could not recommended enough.
