My positive experience supports those of other customers. They are honest and Fair, in my recent experience. My 1996 Camry sedan had a "Check Engine" light (Aug4.2013) that coded for an Igniter problem, and the engine simply shut off intermittently during coasting, six times in one day --- but any of FIVE components could have caused that code. They had my car in their shop hooked up to a testing instrument array that takes 45 minutes just to attach the leads, and they also drove the car for 20 min to try to duplicate the problem. Three days of testing but no charge since they could not reproduce the problem. Otherwise it would have cost about $640. No Charge!. The rental loaner was also no charge. I had used them just once before, also with free loaner.The average garage would probably have replaced one or some of those five expensive components, hit-or-miss, and charged me $$ or $$$, probably without correcting the problem. I'll be observing the car now while driving to see if there is some quirk of actions needed to elicit the problem, or if it even still occurs, and will take it back to them if I find a way to reliably reproduce the problem. Aug7.

The rental car was a big help, the repairs done to my vehicle seem to make it drive better. the car feels really good on the road, my brakes seem to stop better due to fluid change. car feels safer on the road. My hats off to you great mechanics, my car seems to have been fixed right the first time, the way it should be.

This is better than dealer service, at a better price , with a better warranty. I call it peace of mind.

This is an update on my previous review from yesterday. I had given a disappointing review regarding the price of replacing my alternator and belt. They originally quoted it as being $600something but with the AAA $570. I was told it was the same part Toyota uses and b/c they guaranteed a 24 month warranty, hence the high price. However, being my car has 180K miles on it, I'm not looking to invest Toyota dealership prices into it. I ended up going somewhere else but I will say that the owner Mike called me apologizing regarding my experience and was concerned. Mike and Rich were both very friendly, concerned and interested in improving customer satisfaction. Mike offered to refund me the $38 fee I was charged to verify it was in fact the alternator as I suspected. I do appreciate their concern and for that I would reconsider my prior review. I suppose it's possible it does depend on what the customer is looking for but for me I would have personally liked having an estimate of the part prior and more options on the type of alternator. For someone who is used to Toyota dealership though this place would likely give better service but again depends on your needs. Thank you for calling me back Mike and Rich! I decided to rate better than average due to customer service. They also charged battery for me to drive out so I appreciate that. Thank you!
