What I love about this place is they are honest with their estimates and when you leave your car it is done at the time they tell you and the cost has never been more than quoted. They give you options and prioritize what work needs to be done versus what can wait which is important so I can budget reports.

I've been coming here ever since my first experience with RM. These guys are awesome.Although, we all don't like paying for unexpected car repairs, RM explains everything and has very competitive prices vs the dealer. Exceptional work and I will keep on going to RM.Bonus - I got a Christmas Card and $25 gift card from RM (Reed and Mike) for future use at their shop. They are very personal and feels like a family with professional services. Will see them at my next maintenance, etc etc.

can only give a 4 because we just got the car back. It is the wifes car so she will give it a week to see how it drives but so far it runs great.

Impressed with courtesy, efficiency and follow-up. The office and shop are clean and organized. Proposed work is reviewed with customer well in advance. Questions answered fully. Positively impressed.
