i've needed a car place that was closer than pasadena or koreatown, as well as a place that's cheaper than the lexus dealership. luckily for me, my car is under their specialty :) went in, craig was extremely helpful and friendly, and they have waters and coffees and sodas and RED BULL available to you. seriously. what the heck?! haha and it was only 15-20 miles away from me, which is saving me at least half the distance i was going before.craig explained everything to me, had my car inspected, and promptly had my oil change finished. it didn't take over an hour to get everything done. in addition, this place is fairly priced. i may not be an expert on cars, but i know when my baby is happy. and he was quite happy that day :)

I won't take my Subaru Wrx anywhere else. These guys are the best. Confidence, experience and trust is what keeps me coming back. I recomend them highly. Mike, Reed and the top notch crew, will take good care of you!

I'm a DIY kinda person when it comes to car maintenance, from oil change to brakepads and anything that doesn't require special tools. I feel like I owe these guys more than a positive feedback. I would rate this shop the same way i would rate an ebay transaction.. AAA+++++ because this is what they provide me, a phenominal customer service with PR in mind...I came here because of the good yelp reviews. I phoned them to set up an appointment for a transmission flush. Reed was great! He set it up for me. During the phone call I requested a used sample of my old fluid in a container and a sample bottle of the gen. Toyota ATF bottle that they used. I only put synthetic in my truck (Amsoil), the sample is for my peace of mind. Came in to be greated by Mike, he offered refreshments, they had soda, water, redbull and coffee! Not just regular coffee, they had a Keurig. Wow! Just that alone made me feel like I just want to hang out there. They also offer a shuttle back to your house or work.. A couple of hours later I was shuttled back to the shop. Yelp coupon was honored that day and saved me $30. Mike gave me the samples that I asked from Reed, which I completely forgot about. That just tells you that these guys work as a team and they take pride on their work.I finally found a shop that I can trust with the rest of my cars. RM keep up the good work and will see you guys soon.
