Great customer service compared to an local car service in the area. Took my car in because it seemed like the battery was about to die and as quickly as I pulled in they took in my car and replaced the battery for me.
I have been going to RM motors since it opened u n love the guys n the service they prrovide. I live in Glendale but still have no problem driving to Northridge n have my car fixed. I believe that once u hae found a trustworthy garage there is no need to change. RM Motors is the Bestfor ever.
Very quick. The only thing that I had a problem w/ is that the fact that Sat. it is not open.
Craig was amazing and explained everything perfectly. I had a great expereince at RM, and I have never said that when it comes to dealing with my car. He is fantastic!!!! I will only take my car to Craig at RM Automotive.
