I really appreciated the approach given to me, for someone who's not knowledgable in mechanical stuff, I felt that my questions were answered and explained well. I felt very comfortable and really liked how they offered other options of payment. They also provided me with a rental car at no extra charge. I don't know anywhere else that would do that. John + Reed = Team Awesome. John always makes a point to get in some friendly conversation when I drop off my car. He is timely in calling me about anything unusual, or in letting me know when my car is ready for pick up. Reed is full of jollies when he drives me to/from work. I never have to wait more than a couple minutes for a ride (I have waited for an hour at a dealership before!). All in all, R&M makes for a pleasant day in LA without a car (tough to imagine)!

Called John and let him know my car had died on me. He arranged for a tow truck to come pick me up and offered me a ride home. He explained over the phone what was wrong with my truck and what I will need in the near future. Picked my truck up that afternoon and it runs better than it has in a long, long time. Not the cheapest, but the results in how well my truck runs now were well worth every penny. I've found my go-to repair shop.

Thanks, guys, for getting me in and out so fast with a new battery for my Element. I think I've just found my new Honda guys....
