I found RM Automotive over a year ago when conducting an online search. I'd been taking my Civic to a dealership for several years and began to feel like I was getting "raked over the coals". Since switching to RM, I've saved time and money, I've never been treated better, and I have a very happy hybrid. These guys ROCK!! Thanks!!

Checked Reviews before calling and getting more info. I was pleased to be asked my name, and not just be another unknown caller. Received an estimate, and brought my car in. I ordered some extra work and was surprised to see how much I was also able to save with my AAA Membership (when they asked me if I had one). Saved about $500 over what my dealer quoted me for the same work. Everything done as promised and on time!

I've never gotten such great service. These guys are prompt, proactive, courteous, forthcoming, and trustworthy. I can honestly saw that I will never go anywhere else and I certainly recommend them to anyone in need of car repair or maintenance.

Brought my car in for service and was sad to see that John was no longer there but Craig was a delight. Everything went like clockwork and I got my car back the next day and the quote was exactly what I owed. That made me extremely happy. Keep up the good work.

I am impressed with the professionalism and quality of service provided. Mike was able to squeeze me in on a short notice and finished the service within the time promised. This was my first time and I will be going back again when the service is due.

I very much appreciate the thorough inspections that RM provides. I knew I needed an oil change, but had no idea that brake pads needed to be replaced & rotors resurfaced. I was able to have that done at the same time, probably saving me another trip at a later date. I appreciate the words of caution regarding items that need to be monitored, in this case, a seepage of power steering fluid. I ALWAYS use RM & recommend them to my friends. Thanks, guys!! Nancy Burns
