I can't say enough great things about RM Automotive! From start to finish, they’ve been nothing short of amazing. The transparency here is refreshing—they take the time to thoroughly explain everything, so you're never left guessing. Their prices are very fair, and they even offer payment plans, which is a huge help. Robert, my service advisor, has been phenomenal—professional, helpful, and truly caring. Before I even scheduled my service, I spoke with Kyle over the phone, and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, which made me feel confident in choosing RM Automotive. This experience has been the complete opposite of what I dealt with at a dealership (specifically, Galpin Honda in Mission Hills—an absolute nightmare). I only wish I had come to RM Automotive from the beginning. It would’ve saved me a lot of frustration and regret. Hands down, I would recommend RM Automotive to anyone, anytime. Robert was totally honest on what needed to be done with my car and I appreciate that. He spoke to me like a friend as oppose to treating me like a dollar sign. That's what I love about family own businesses they treat everyone like family. I will be coming back without a doubt and make this my primary care auto doctors. Dean and the staff were so helpful and gave me all of the information I needed. They solved the problems quickly and gave a detailed report with photos so I knew exactly what they were talking about. The shuttle was so convenient.

Kyle communicated, via email, with photos and details, as they progressed in servicing my car. RM Automotive was very thorough and I feel very comfortable driving my 2017 car. I did experience “sticker shock” when Kyle told me the price, but I asked for a price breakdown, and saw all of the maintenance items that my car needed. I will be returning for future service needs.

RM Automotive has become my go to place with any car issues. I did a major repair with them for the first time last year - and the car has been running amazing since. This time I wanted it to be checked before a road trip; they troubleshot what could have been an huge issue - and, again, nothing but a smooth drive afterwards. Every repair suggested by the team is accompanied by a comprehensive photo proof, work is done super quick and everyone is very communicative on every step of the way. Highly recommend!
