I took my 2022 Tesla model Y to RM Automotive for electrical issues. Mechanical advisor, Efren advised to have the car to be diagnosed by their Tesla Technician. They took the time for several hours to go through the whole system and find out what might be causing the car to have electrical issue. They let me to talk to their expert Technician and he explained me everything else necessary for me to understand how the electrical system works. I totally appreciate their business. They’re very professional and took care of me very well. The technician is very knowledgeable and understood how it can be fixed. Although it was my first time to visit RM Automotive, I felt very confident to leave the car with them to make the work done. I trusted them very well to understand that they are triple AAA certified mechanic shop. Thank you Efren and Juan

Very professional. On time service. Good communication. The cost seems higher than other mechanic shops. They offer AAA discount which is about $50. They offer OME parts which is great but costly. Could they offer compatible parts with lower cost and same reliability?!? I will go back because they are trustworthy and that is hard to find in mechanics shops. Hopefully they can have some cost saving options.
