I went to RM Auto on a recommendation from a family member, and this place didn't disappoint. I took in my 2005 Acura TL and couldn't be happier. They are very reasonably priced and spend the time to explain the repairs. They also went through other repairs and ranked them in order of importance for me, with estimated costs.Craig was especially helpful. I felt at ease and contrary to how you feel when you go to an auto repair, I felt like I could really trust him.

I've only been in a couple of times but I'm always treated very well. Everyone is very nice. They have no problem driving you to and from the garage. My last visit was an emergency. My muffler was falling off. I was given two options and and they took care of it that day and dropped me home and picked me up. It even came in a little under the estimate!

This shop is an example of everything an automotive shop should be - clean, efficient, friendly, and above all knowledgeable and trustworthy. So far I've just had routine maintenance done, but even in that they took the time to explain exactly how they replace fluids and the engine set-up. Highly recommended.

TOP SHELFE outfit - I had a real "problem child lemon" Infiniti I-30 with ghosts in the machine that 2 other shops and 5 different service calls could not figure out. RM Auto performed their "Exorcism Voodoo Magic", and the frickin thing now thinks it's competing in Nascar. Honest, expert, and reliable workmanship. I won't go anywhere else.

Brought my car in for the first time to be serviced and was pleasantly surprised at how fast, efficient and nice everyone was. I was very satisfied and will return in the future should my car need any additional service.

As always, the service provided was with professionalism and promptness. The facility is cleaning and RM now offers coffee and refrigerated beverages while you wait. Have never been disappointed with the quality of service.
