I recently had the front struts replaced on my 1998 Honda Accord LX. RM Automotive's price was significantly lower than other shops. Also, in my opinion, their expertise is second to none. My 13-year-old car runs like new because of RM Automotive.

I find the staff at RM Automotive always mindful of their customer's needs and concerns. As a new customer, I came in needing a major repair. RM was forthcoming with the details of what they have to work on and cost-effetive options I could take. I also appreciate their initiative to assure me of the quality of their work. RM's fees are very reasonable, which is encouraging for people like me who choose to support local small businesses.

I feel like I owe these guys more than a positive feedback. I would rate this shop the same way i would rate an ebay transaction.. AAA+++++ because this is what they provide me, a phenominal customer service with PR in mind... Reed was great! He set it up for me. During the phone call I requested a used sample of my old fluid in a container and a sample bottle of the gen. Toyota ATF bottle that they used. I only put synthetic in my truck (Amsoil), the sample is for my peace of mind. Came in to be greated by Mike, he offered refreshments, they had soda, water, redbull and coffee! Not just regular coffee, they had a Keurig. Wow! Just that alone made me feel like I just want to hang out there. They also offer a shuttle back to your house or work.. A couple of hours later I was shuttled back to the shop. Yelp coupon was honored that day and saved me $30. Mike gave me the samples that I asked from Reed, which I completely forgot about. That just tells you that these guys work as a team and they take pride on their work.

As always, the men at R & M provide great service and detailed explanations of the work done to our vehicles. We have been satisfied customers for at least 10 years.

Reed was very helpful and informative. He was able to properly diagnose the issue with my car and provided a thorough inspection of my car in general. Will definately comeback to do the repairs. His attitude and body language emits confidence and trust.

I've been having my car serviced at RM for the past several years after being fed up with shoddy service and high prices at local dealerships. I really enjoy the guys - Reed, Mike, and Craig! They are always upbeat, positive, and willing to answer my numerous questions. I really appreciate the shuttle service. They never question the distance and Reed and I always have great conversations. Being single, the shuttle really helps me not stress about how to get back and forth from RM. I have saved money and enjoy greater peace of mind since switching from the dealership to RM Automotive. I know I'm paying a fair price for services that are actually rendered - and not just written down on the invoice.
