I brought my car in to RM Automotive for the first time.. I told Rich what I thoughtmy problem was. Rich was outgoing and professional. I left my car and was givena short ride to my office by Heidi. She was also friendly and outgoing.. Later I called in and arranged to be picked up. Rich told me the problem and corrected it.He also did a preliminary diagnosis and suggested I leave my car so it can beserviced.I am very happy and will be using RM Auto in the near future. Mal

I would refer anyone to take their car to this shop if you are within the area. In summary, Excellent and Friendly Service, Knowledgeable, Free Shuttle Service within the area, Free Refreshments, and Free car loaner (if car maintenance/service takes longer than a day). The major differences between RM and my dealer are: 1) Price and 2) Free loaner and carwash at my Dealer. I rather save money and get comparable or even better car/customer service at RM than get a free loaner and carwash at the dealer. Savings and Quality of car/customer service means a lot to me.
