Given choice to prioritize the service that was most imperative and economical at this time.Did not expect an offer of shuttle service was very pleased with my experience. It was also about 20% less expensive then the dealership.Thank you.

I was considering buying my son a car with a salvage title. RM did a used car inspection and found a few issues that the car had. They assisted me with the owner of the car in getting the repairs done at a very fair price. John called me MANY times to give me updates and to make sure I knew exactly what I was purchasing. His help & expertise was so valuable to me!! They were the most professional mechanics I have ever worked with. I will definetly be taking all of our cars there for service in the future.

Mechanical service and customer service are exactly the same - EXCELLENT - FIVE STAR! It is nice to know when you can depend on someone to give you great service at an honest price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

good honest service center that wants to satisfy.

I have used RM Automotive for all my vehicle servicing for many years, and would never go anywhere else. Reed Galloway serviced my previous Hondas (2 of them) when he worked at Kolbe Honda & I had always found the service good there, not realizing that Reed had probably worked on them, as well. When my former Honda was in a collision 5 years ago, the insurance adjuster inspecting the damage assured me that he would not total the car, as it was in such good condition. The following day, I had to leave the U. S. for a mission trip to No. Ireland. While I was out of the country, the insurance company reversed its decision & totaled my car. Upon my return, Mike & Reed put me in touch with the former owner of my current vehicle, who was interested in selling the car at that time. Mike & Reed had serviced that car, and knew it to be in good condition. I immediately purchased the vehicle and have enjoyed driving it since then. I wouldn't go to anyone else for vehicle service.
