Perfection in the automotive repair business. I am very picky, Had everything from Austin Healy's to Mustangs to Volkswagons and used to do much of my own maintenance. Once again, RM Automotive provided great customer service. I called late Wednesday night saying I had a Check Engine and Trac off light blinking. They said I can come in Thursday morning. Took my car in and the Code p0505 (IAC) came up. Mike and Reed explained to me what needed to be done and I got it done. The check engine and trac off light is gone. RM added BG 44k, my car runs smoother now too. Great group of guys from the two owners to Mike who picked me up from work and back to the shop and wrap up my talk with Craig. Thanks guys!

Reed and Mike take care of our car as if it was their own. They are conscientious and courteous at all times. I wouldn't take my car any where else.

I found the personnel there to be extremely friendly and efficient. They even rented me a car for a day (at their cost) while the electric window on my car got fixed. I would recommend them to anyone that wants fast and friendly service.

Took the Camry to the Paul Simon concert yesteday - really, really enjoyed both. Honestly, the car runs like new. Of course I tell my friends about R M Automotive - and we're not even related.
