I've been looking for a trustworthy place to take my lexus besides the dealer and a friend told me about RM. Mike and Reed are great! I made an appt and was checked in by Mike. He was very helpful and arranged for me to be taken to work. At mid day, Mike called and gave me his recommendations for service besides the 90k mile service that I requested. I thought I would need brakes and shocks but Mike told me I could by some time not replacing. They checked the entire car and in short got me out of the shop at half the price the dealer was going to charge me. Overall, a wonderful experience that I felt very comfortable with.

The service and maintenance here at R&M is always great. No problems to report and they are very detailed with explaining everything. The recommendations was done and what to expect for my 115K Maintenance. Affordable prices compared to the dealership. And appreciate the shuttle to and from work. Thanks guys! Til next time!
