RM Automotive is truly top of the line. I can take my car there for preventative service or major problems. They are professional, give great service and went above and beyond to fix my car that had a major problem. Also, I take my car there for routine preventive maintenance. I found these guys through a Living Social deal for an oil change. I called on short notice and had no trouble getting an appointment. One of the best features is they have a shuttle service (which is great with the shopping areas up the street).I had to get a new battery, which I was expecting, and the price was reasonable. They recommended some other services as well, and now that I'm calling around for quotes, their prices were on the high side.I would go back again for an oil change and an inspection, and definitely for service (if the price is right).

I had a very pleasant experience at RM Automotive. After spending years either going to the dealership for service/repairs, or facilities referred to by friends, I needed to find a good, solid mechanic. RM Automotive fit the bill to a "T". Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and had the repairs finished when they said it would be finished. I received straight answers to my questions and overall am very pleased with the service and repairs.

Don't go anywhere else! I just came to RM for a coolant system problem and they were all very nice, trustworthy and helping. Not to mention very reasonably priced. I got to meet Mike, Reed and John and they were all really great. They have a shuttle service which is really nice and you have the option of making payments with an approved credit app which helped me out a lot!
