I've been having my car serviced at RM for the past several years after being fed up with shoddy service and high prices at local dealerships. I really enjoy the guys - Reed, Mike, and Craig! They are always upbeat, positive, and willing to answer my numerous questions. I really appreciate the shuttle service. They never question the distance and Reed and I always have great conversations. Being single, the shuttle really helps me not stress about how to get back and forth from RM. I have saved money and enjoy greater peace of mind since switching from the dealership to RM Automotive. I know I'm paying a fair price for services that are actually rendered - and not just written down on the invoice.

As always, the men at R & M provide great service and detailed explanations of the work done to our vehicles. We have been satisfied customers for at least 10 years.

This is by far the best place I have serviced any if my cars! The service is exceptional and they do not try to up sell you on any additional services! If a service can be extended they will tell you! Really friendly folks there as well!

My first time there, and I came away feeling so happy that I found a solid, trustworthy and knowledgeable place to take my car. Everyone I met was very friendly and communicative, and it was so convenient that they dropped me off at work and picked me up again to collect my car. So far I've just had routine maintenance, but I would be confident taking the car here for serious repairs as well.

Having a car serviced and/or repaired can be an anxiety-inducing experience for many reasons, one of which is the degree of trustworthiness of the garage or dealership you patronize. I have been patronizing RM Automotive for approximately 3 years, and I know them to be an honest, trustworthy, and highly competent garage. They may not be the least expensive garage around, but I would rather pay a bit more for the peace of mind that comes with their top-notch mechanical expertise, personalized service, and honest dealing.
