Even though I live in San Diego, I've had these guys service and maintain my 2000 Sienna for years. They get the credit for a car that still performs as if it's nearly new. You get friendly, personal attention to all your car-related needs.

WOW!!!!!! Great job guys! First of all thank you so much for fixing my truck! I absolutely would recommend RM Automotive. Not only do they provide excellent service but were also very informative as well. Most of all they are very honest about their work and definitely made me feel very comfortable. I have been taking my Yukon Denali to another place for the past few years and wasn't very happy until I went to RM Automotive. Mike, Reed and John are awesome! I totally trust then with all of my cars.

I've been using them since 2000, and I'm so glad I found a place I can trust!! Several of my co-workers use this place as well. They aren't the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive. Their pricing is very reasonable, and never rips me off like the dealer garage. Very helpful in explaining details and options for repairs and predictions. Here are few things they did for me.1) I blew a gasket of my old car, but I wanted to fix it as cheap as possible since I was planning to sell it anyway. They replaced the engine with second-hand engine, but the car ran so beautifully, I almost regret selling it off.2) I got tires from Discount Tires on Parthenia by Corbin. Less than a year later, the tires were all messed up that I went for warranty replacement. All the mechanics at Discount Tires said that the shocks of my cars are broken, therefore I need to replace 3 shocks and also buy 4 brand new tires. I felt I was being tricked, so I took it to RM. Sure enough, shocks weren't damaged AT ALL, and I was just sold a bad tires by Discount Tires. They installed a new set of tires, and the tires are fine!3) My car always run nicer when it goes through regular maintenance with them! It's almost like my car got a spa treatment...Before RM, I had worked with a garage that is cheaper but failed in every other way. They hang on to my car for a very long long time without knowing when I can get my car back, they don't seem to do their job, and they don't/can't explain the repairs very well. Car repairs can be expensive, and I rather pay extra just to have someone I can trust to work on my car!

Talk about service. Friendly people who are there to make sure you are taken care. I was told my car would need a couple of days in the shop. John managed my warranty company, scheduled a rental car. Reed picked me up at my house to take me to get the rental car and waited to make sure all was good. All while the rest of the crew made my car all better! I didn't even have to return the car back to the rental place - John took care of that for me as well. Seriously....service is BACK! I've been coming to RM Auto for years and they are only getting better.
