RM is great!! That are very skilled in their field and they keep me up to date on what needs to be done on my car. I love the new appointment system so I can have it on my busy calendar. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

After all these years of experience with your company, I know that when I come in with a problem, I will leave with confidence knowing the problem is resolved. I also know that whatever the price charged seems fair and well worth it.

This is my 2nd experience with RM Automotive and I'm probably never going to another place (even my Honda dealer) for service. RM gave my car excellent and appropriate service quickly and exactly when I needed it. I was treated great (no pressure to do things I didn't need done,) helped to get a FREE rental car, and charged less than I would have been elsewhere. GREAT SERVICE..I'd recommend them to anyone!

You are always pleasant and patient, realizing the anxiety of the customer about car repair (next to getting a root canal, taking the car in for repair is the most anxiety-inducing thing I do!). The front office and mechanical service is professional. The estimated costs and delivery times meet expectations. This business is class A.

How rare it is today to get to get a minimum of custer service - except at R M Automotive where you get great customer service. Oh - and by the way - they do a great job on your car also.

Very professional mechanical service. R & M never up sales you anything you don't need. If your vehicle requires something that you didn't come in for there is never any pressure to have that extra work done. Very good prices.
