I won't take my 06 Subaru WRX anywhere else. Mike and Reed have been taking care of my Suby since 2007. Excellent work and professional customer service are very important. At RM Automotive you feel confident that you are going to be treated like a VIP. They go out of there way to take care of there clients!

I'm the type of person that is willing to pay top dollar as long as the service is great and my vehicle is fixed right the first time. I always had my auto repairs done at the dealer, but now I have found a great replacement. I called the shop and spoke to Mike W about the service I needed done, he was extremely helpful and offered me an appointment the same day. I expressed to him that I didn't have a ride home because I don't live in the area and would wait for my repair. He said, "No problem, we have a nice air-conditioned waiting room with a TV and refreshments for our customers" Not only did Mike take the time to clearly and patiently explained the services I needed, but also gave me a first-time customer discount along with their grate low rates. I expected to wait for at least 2 hours, but my vehicle was done in less time. Once again, Mike explained the next service needed and answered questions and concerns I had. I never had this type of warm customer service and trust with other repair shops and this is why I would recommend this place to anyone.

I researched where to take my car for over a week. I am new to area and although I have always taken my car to dealership for maintence I was afraid to entrust it to any dealers in the LA area given the poor reviews. I needed regular maintenance and wanted brakes checked etc as I am taking a long trip. I found RM automotive on Yelp and Google reviews. I like what I read. I made appointment and sent email I got an immediate response from Mike. I came in and was quickly helped after the customer ahead of me. My only problem was length of time I was there but other than that great customer servie and very friendly. I was told it will be faster next time. Beverages available while you wait. Mike made arrangement for my next appointment and explained my bill and confirmed with me all work to be done. My car feels good--- no complaints. I will definitely go back. If any anything develops I will update my review.
