Kyle was extremely attentive and provided quick/easy solutions for my car needs. The office was impeccably clean and all of the workers were super nice/friendly. I hope I don’t need to come back but I know where I will come if it’s needed!

I’m very satisfied with the work they performed on my truck. They were open and honest about every detail and also worked with me to prioritize the repairs to save me some money.

This was my first time coming to RM Automotive as a referral. Pros: First impression is they had their own space and not shared with other businesses. Clean establishment and very professional. They function like a dealership where you speak with a service advisor on the reason you are coming in and provide you an initial cost for the services. They provide a shuttle service if you need a ride home or work while your car is being serviced. If they need to keep your car for more than a day, they have loaner vehicles to use at no cost. Additionally, they will do a 30 point courtesy check inspection to check for other issues. Ryan M. was my mechanic. He was fantastic and very thorough. Prior to working on my vehicle, he texted me with a detailed report with pictured of they issues he found with my vehicle. These issues will be additional cost if they need to be fixed. Cons: When I came in at my scheduled appointment time , I stated that I had brought in my own OEM parts for the initial services I needed. These parts are directly from Honda Corporation. I have never had an issue in bringing my own parts at other mechanics not even at the dealership. I was advised that this is not something they normally do. They cannot just charge for labor if I bring in my own parts. Labor cost is a bit more expensive then what I'm use to, but it is still cheaper than the dealership. An exception was made this time, but I was advised that they wouldn't be able to do it all the time. This is unfortunate as I really like their business, establishment and professionalism. However if I'm able to bring in my own parts, I don't feel like I should be forced to get parts that they would charge for.

Excellent service I’ve been to several San Fernando Valley mechanics and this is by far the best service I’ve had, including an experience with a dealership!😊

Found RM Automotive on yelp and after ready the great reviews I was also persuaded by their blue check mark on yelp that definitely aided in my decision. I definitely don’t regret making . I brought in my car. And to say that they did a fantastic job is an understatement. Kyle was so patient with me answering all my questing and explaining things in detail. I am truly grateful. They kept my car until I could pick it up the following day after it was ready with no problem. That was greatly appreciated as well. As a women I’m always worried I’m going to be taken advantage of because of my lack of car knowledge. But that’s not the feeling I received when dealing with RM. From their very detailed inspection to their Fantastic staff. thank you so much for fixing my car. And teaching me in the process. Just a great easy experience over all. They have gained a loyal customer for sure. THANK YOU!

Mike, Dean & the team of above-par employees & techs have been servicing my aging Acura for 2+ years. They run a tight ship, you can expect to receive top tier work and service, at a price that is very fair by today’s standards. They won’t try to sell you anything that you don’t need. They’ll send a complimentary car to pick you up and drop you off while your vehicle is being serviced. You get more than you pay for with RM. Thanks for keeping my Acura going strong.

The guys were super thorough with the diagnostics of potential issues with my Tiguan. I actually called and e-mailed my dealership to find out what they've been doing with my car for all these years. I was well taken care of by everyone I talked to at the shop and my car runs better than ever now! Looking forward to going back for regular maintenance.
