Mike and his crew have been very good to me in the past 5 years. My vehicle is 23 years old and in about the best condition it can possibly be in as a result of RM Auto. They know what they're doing and get it done better than almost any company I've ever done auto business with. They're not cheap, but good parts and good work rarely are. 5 stars in my book.

This is my first experience with RM. They serviced the brakes on my Lexus LS 460L. Kyle was very informative, responsive, and professional. Their inspection of the car was thorough and outlined the work they assessed needing to be done. The brake job seems to have been very well done and the price was quite Fair based on another estimate I had received. I will be back to have future services done.

Very good service and and staff is very welcoming

I have to say I had excellent service beginning to end. They provided service in a timely manner. I was given detailed info about my cars needs from most urgent to what could be handled at a later time. The communication was top notch thorough. All of the men in the place were polite and the place was clean too, as a woman that means a lot. Overall it was a great experience. The work was completed same day as promised and they gave me a ride. We will definitely be going back.

I had my transmission flushed on my 2019 Acura a few weeks ago and they did a fabulous job. They did a full complementary inspection and gave me recommendations on some things they felt that would be best.They were very professional and quick with their courtesy driver Alex was also very kind as well. I will definitely use them on some future work when needed. Thank you so much!

They're expensive but thorough and my mini is just expensive anyway. their customer service is excellent and they provide rides to and from the shop.
