My brand new car broke down! I was beyond devastated!!! My warranty company had me pick between many places but my son had been to RM Automotive and loved them! I called and spoke to Kyle, he said yes have it towed over here we will take care of you & we will call the warranty company too! 3 days later Kyle called me and said everything was done and warranty company paid for everything! He explained everything that was done to my car explained it is a common problem & that we shouldn’t have any more issues. I was so IMPRESSED with the way Kyle talked to me & how he explained everything to me. I honestly worried about nothing!!! I will send my whole family to RM automotive and all my friends!!! Btw, when I went to pick up my Lincoln Kyle was on a service call and the owner walked up & even Mike was incredibly nice!!! Thank you Kyle for taking charge for being super nice and mostly for really putting my mind to ease. You took charge and I really really appreciate it!!!

Repair of my 2003 Lincoln LS by the mechanics at RM has been masterful. They care about my car as much as I do. Yes, after 20 years, my Lincoln needs "special attention" as it battles the inexorable wear and tear of highway driving, but I continue to marvel at both the engineering of that LS engine and RM's devotion to keeping it operating according to factory specifications. Kyle was extremely attentive and provided quick/easy solutions for my car needs. The office was impeccably clean and all of the workers were super nice/friendly. I hope I don’t need to come back but I know where I will come if it’s needed!
