Kyle communicated, via email, with photos and details, as they progressed in servicing my car. RM Automotive was very thorough and I feel very comfortable driving my 2017 car. I did experience “sticker shock” when Kyle told me the price, but I asked for a price breakdown, and saw all of the maintenance items that my car needed. I will be returning for future service needs.

RM Automotive has become my go to place with any car issues. I did a major repair with them for the first time last year - and the car has been running amazing since. This time I wanted it to be checked before a road trip; they troubleshot what could have been an huge issue - and, again, nothing but a smooth drive afterwards. Every repair suggested by the team is accompanied by a comprehensive photo proof, work is done super quick and everyone is very communicative on every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Robert , the technician , was so helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs process . I am glad that he was able to get the oil leak repair approved by Mercury that I have had issues with for some time . He even offered me a solution on how to fix my battery discharge issues without having to spend time waiting to get it fixed . Having said all that , I will definitely come back to get my cluster fixed when I have the time . Thanks again !!

Great customer service! Robert explained everything to me very clearly, answered all my questions, and showed me pictures of the problems. He seemed to understand what he was talking about and what my car needed and didn’t just trying to sell me a service/ product. They also offer a shuttle service which was super convenient! Alex the driver was very friendly as well. I would definitely recommend RM Automotive.

Great experience at RM Auto. Good price on brakes/rotors replacement. Took the time to walk through the recommended action items for my older Honda CRV and give straightforward advice about the urgency/priority level of each one and why it was the case. Took care of shuttling me from their location to my workplace while the work was done. I'll be keeping my Honda CRV here for as long as it runs!

I had to take my infinity to get it serviced before a road trip. My regular mechanic was not able to do infinity cars. So I searched on Yelp and read the reviews because I’m aware that some automatic mechanics can be untrustworthy. The autoshoo place was very clean. I was greeted by Kyle who was very courteous and patient. They sent a whole assessment of the car’s health. I’m impressed with the evaluation done with Pictures to show the issues at hand. Being an 8-year-old car, some issues needed to be addressed. KYLE spent time prioritizing what needed to be done And the price was accurately estimated and what could wait. He was patient and explaining different car parts and the functions of them. Car was ready at the time promised And the price was accurately estimated
