My ford f150 was giving me an engine light and the dealer was giving me no answers or any help. RM Automotive – Outstanding Diagnostic Expertise and Customer Care My 2018 Chrysler Pacifica was completely unresponsive — fully charged battery, but pressing the start/stop button did absolutely nothing. I brought it to RM Automotive, and what could have turned into a nightmare turned into one of the best service experiences I’ve had with any repair shop. Their team performed a meticulous electrical diagnosis, checking over 200 cables one by one until they located the issue: two shorted communication wires hidden in a module behind the glove compartment. That’s the kind of deep, methodical troubleshooting most dealers won’t even attempt. They sent me videos of their progress, called me daily with updates, and completed the entire job in three business days — while the Chrysler dealer had quoted 2–3 weeks just to take the car in, with no time estimate after that. The final bill was very reasonable at $571 for the repair, given the complexity of the work. On top of that, they performed a comprehensive vehicle checkup and gave me practical maintenance advice — including brake pad replacement recommendations that likely saved my rotors. RM Automotive combines real diagnostic skill, integrity, and professionalism — rare qualities these days. They’ve earned my trust and my future business.

I have really been impressed with RM automotive all together but I just wanted to shout out Kyle. It took much longer to get a part then expected and he really did a great job making sure we were informed and taken care of every step on the way.
