Came in for a general servicing and a puncture in my tire. They sent me a comprehensive inspection report where they looked over the whole car, taking pictures and giving notes about what was in good shape and what was needing to be addressed. They gave good advice about which items were more urgent. Fast and professional, good work as well. A little pricey, but makes sense when you consider the quality of work.

This shop made it super easy to get my car fixed and I felt the prices were fair. The shuttle service is extremely helpful and Allan is very friendly, helpful, funny, and answered all of my dumb questions as if they weren't dumb questions so I appreciate that. TBH I wasn't expecting to have to pay for a diagnostics test as I thought my issue was a little straightforward, but I really don't know all that much cars or auto garages so perhaps that is standard and I just don't know it. And that being said, who am I to say if my issue is straightforward or not? I only know whether or not my radio works in my car. That being said, I ended up not being sorry that I got a diagnostics test. It came with a very easy to read electronic link that showed me everything that was wrong with my car that a) needed immediate attention b) anticipated upcoming attention or c) was in good shape. I suspect that this diagnostics result was accurate and not taking me for a ride as they even include pictures of issues that need maintenance so I could see for myself. I took a few business cards and saved their number as I'll definitely recommend them to anyone in the valley looking to get a clean and simple job done on their car.

so first off, i got my car new in 2015, i’ve never had any proper check up on my vehicle. i used to go to one of those ten minute drive thru oil changes, so never had a full service mechanic check my car out. i recently noticed a large amount of oil coming out of the bottom of my car. i found RM automotive on yelp, and they amazing reviews and very close to home. i can’t express enough how happy i am that i found them. i ended up having a huge oil leak, and the cost seemed reasonable considering all that had to be done, and also considering i haven’t done much with my car besides oil changes. i appreciate the pictures they sent me with everything that was going on (my engine was covered in oil 😱), and i appreciated them getting me a ride home after dropping off my car. i didn’t feel pressured into extra work, they were very honest with what needed to be done, and what could wait. i decided to do everything that needed to be done, because like i said, i’ve had my car 5 years and have done zero to it. i am totally happy with the repairs they’ve done. my car feels like it did when it left the lot, i am so pleased. and i’m happy to have found a mechanic close to home. can’t wait for my next oil change with them, i wanna make sure my car is always in working order.

*2014 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium CVT* My only experience was with Allen, but he was extremely cool and professional. I asked a lot of questions during our calls to discuss my inspection results and he took the time to answer every one of them. RM were very transparent and honest about everything. I never felt I was being pressured or sold on everything. Every decision felt was my own, which is appreciated from an auto repair shop. A unique part of my experience was receiving my inspection results via e-mail. The results themselves actually had photos covering the full walkthrough and any issues they find so the customer can visibly see what they are describing. RM also offers a free shuttle service within the valley, which is extremely convenient. No need to ask for a friend or a rideshare service to drive you! Great, quality work and service. Highly recommend this shop. You can trust these guys!

I have been coming to RM Automotive for about 4-5 years. Staff greet you by name, which, as a customer service rep for over 10 years, I truly appreciate. Additionally, they may sometimes mail their customers coupon postcards that come in handy for major services. This recent time I went, Dean and Alan were there and, as always, happily willing to answer my questions. I also needed a ride back home and both employees said RM Automotive would provide it for me. However, my husband was able to pick me up and bring me back when my car was ready. Definitely will continue to be a repeat customer.
