Wow, I can give them only 5 stars? My Infiniti's engine had seemingly fallen apart. I'd never had the need for repairs and from the stumbling sound of the constantly stalling engine, anticipated major, expensive (although I had a warranty plan), and time consuming repairs. As the tow truck left, Taylor ushered me in and quickly and politely prepared the paperwork. Before I could complete my call to the car rental agency, I was told I would not need one. The car had already been diagnosed. The issue was minor, it was corrected and I was on my way in no time. That was the good news. The better news was that I now have an honest and dependable repair shop for my Infiniti. Thanks Taylor, Vince and Heidi.

My Lexus SUV is a 10 year old workhorse. I wold not trust it to just anybody. RM Automotive is truly the best alternative to the dealer in terms of service and pricing. I am another satisfied customer of RM Automotive, the best kept secret Authorized Lexus Service in the West Velley!!!

Beause my Lexus is 12 years old, I may consider buying a new car in the near future. If and when this happens I will only consider purchasing a Honda, Acura, Toyota, or Lexus because RM is a specialist on these cars and I would never consider changing to any other auto service. They are the best of the best!

My heater was not working. I was told they would tell me what was wrong for free. The problem was not obvious so they asked for $60 to diagnosis the problem. The part was $35 but they wanted over $200 additional to fix the car. Then they wanted to upsale me and flush my radiator. (I noticed they were upsaleing everyone.) My mechanic by by house charged me $55 (1/2 hr. labor) to do the same work. I wasted 3 hours with these guys. To their credit, I think they are good mechanics and very knowledgeable about cars. I also appreciated the time that they took to explain the problem to me so that I understood the problem. They never would tell me an hourly rate. If I knew it, I would have never gone there. I was looking for a shop that was not so expensive.

I had a great exsperiance at RM Auto .The guys are very skilled and have great customer service .I dropped the honda off ,they gave me a ride to work .The car was finished in one day .I have a 2000 honda v6 and they know alot about these cars. They have many years of experiance I believe over 30 years if i remember correctly but forsure they know whats going on.Also they are honest and did what they said .My car has 226,000 Miles and has never ran better .Thankyou RM Automotive you guys Rock. We have been taking our cars to RM Automotive for years. They have always treated us right! The work they do is top-notch, and I always trust their recommendations. No one on the team has ever tried to push unneeded services, and they even provide plenty of warning when repairs may be anticipated, giving us plenty of time to prepare/budget.
