Been coming here for a few years now with our two older Lexus: 2004 LS430 and 2006 GX470 both cars nearing 200k miles each and they run like new. Mike , Heidi , and the whole RM Automotive team have been fantastic keeping our vehicles running smooth. I'm so glad I've found them, professional service that you'd come to expect from a high level dealer without the dealer pricing or upsells and typical hassles. Honest, detailed, quick service and they back up their work.

First time customer and was very pleased with the service. I appreciate that photos are taken showing what needs to be done, a graph showing what issues need to be addressed in the future, what needs immediate repair and all the inspected areas that are in good shape. The inspection is extensive.

My first time here. Went for an oil change. They emailed and text me the report when they go around the vehicle and look at everything because it had an A1 code so they let me know everything that needed to be done before anything was done. Very thorough and honest! I didn’t have to wait long at all. Will go back!
