Mike is a gem of an owner. Heidi always sweet as can be and looks out for not only the company but the clients - thanks for the ride to work, always love your company! RM treats customers more like family, they care so much about their customers. Its comforting to know, as a female who is not car smart, has a reliable source to turn when in need. A short time ago my car was starting funny, I stopped by RM just before closing and within 20 minutes, they let me know the battery was failing, probably would not start in morning, replaced it, and was good to go. I could have been stuck the next day, late for work or stranded somewhere with dead battery. It is because of their past customer service, I knew I could stop by on my way home. Without hesitation even at end of day, RM immediately solved my problem. I am always confident when I come in for service - I am getting legit service and their customer service is spot on. I've been coming to RM automotive for a couple of years now. I am very please with the level of expertise when it comes to repairs, but also their level of customer service is on point just as much. I have had a alternator, wheel bearings, drive belts, and spark plugs replaced all on different occasions and not once have I been disappointed or dissatisfied. I recently had big transmission job done by them that took them very little time. They fixed a poorly done job by "Chatsworth transmissions" theyhad even left important bolts missing from my torque converter that I was completely unaware of until I took it to RM auto. My 1st gen IS250 runs like new again. All thanks to Rich, mike and the crew!! Thank you RM for being mine, and my families go to place in time of need. I refer anyone reading this post to go there!!

RM Automotive, Great work , Great staff, very knowledgeable and honest. Why go anywhere else when these are the things anyone with a vehicle hopes to find in a auto repair shop. My family and friends will go nowhere else. Highly recommend anyone check these guys out.
