I have been with RM Automotive for quite a long time for repairing and maintenance my son's Acura, Honda Accord and my wife's Honda Accord. Since the day when I found out and had service with this shop, honestly I never want to shop around for my car service anywhere else. Reed & Mike, the owners, are very honest, kind, nice persons and professional repair skills. The shop is not as big as car dealer but they operate like car dealer style. It is very nice and clean shop, best service in town and reasonable price, they give you a ride home while the car is being service. They never tell you to repair the problem that is not existed. They always stay behind their work performance and their guarantee without dispute. They fix it right at the first time. They always follow your car maintenance schedule and remind you when it's time to have maintenance check. They are like family car doctor to me. I am now still have my wife's Honda Accord fixing and maintenance at RM Automotive. Take my words for it, try to visit this shop once then you'll find out what exactly what I said about this shop. I just wish they can fix Mercedes so I can have my other car fixing here. I strongly give FIVE-STARS(*****) to this shop without a doubt.

Very easy to set appt, clean facility, friendly service writer Danny listened to my issues, called me back to describe their findings, made clear recommendations and allowed me to decide the work I wanted done with no pressure. So I got my engine gasket replaced at 102,000 miles, and transmission service. Plus, they even worked on a little tangle my front bumper had with my fence earlier and smoothed out and reattached the bumper at no charge! My car is looking decent again, and drives great! I recommend RM Automotive, and thanks to AAA for reminding me of their free 40 point Inspection this March.

Highly recommend RM automotive! Brought my car in and Danny did a fantastic job from day one. Received a prompt call shortly after dropping off my car with a very detailed list of what was recommended based on my original concerns. Gentleman that work there were all very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, car was fixed and returned in a timely manner..... they did Full inspection on car to see what else maybe wrong or needed to fix now or soon, which I really appreciated especially since it's my sons car & I thought was an amazing service (I have never had that before) and when they tell you they don't come off like pushy sales men, just inform & even give prices upfront. HOWEVER..... prices were a lot higher than my prior mechanic. We were trying to find a mechanic closer to our new home so we looked up AAA referral places but with the prices I think we're gonna have to just stay with old mechanic. My son broke his ball joint & axel on the right back in September 2016 and mechanic we had prior charged $504.80 for replacement & alignment. Unfortunately on February 2017 it happened now on the left side of sons car & so for the exact same repairs on same car, it cost me $659.30 ($154.50 difference). That's a big difference especially when I have a list of more work that is needed on the car. So I guess in one way your paying the extra for great costumer service and reliable work but prices seem a bit steep

Polite, courteous, quick and easy. Took my VW for a smog check and was very impressed.
