Always feel good when I leave my car at R/M Automotive. Work is always done right and more often than not its ready the same day it is dropped off. The courtesy shuttle service is very convenient if you need to drop off your ride and need to get dropped off somewhere, and they will even pick you up too if need be. Great people and great service/s.
I picked RM because it is close to home and I can walk there. But what keeps me coming back is that the staff seems professional and helpful and answers my concerns about whether or not work is needed immediately which helps me decide when I can spare the money. I really like my car and want to keep it as long as possible. I feel that RM will help me do that.
