Excellent auto repair facility. They performed timing belt replacement service on my Honda Pilot. My service advisor, Dean was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

RM Automotive is a blessing in my life!! My Pastor recommended them when my brakes went out a few years back. They're efficient with repairing and maintaining my car. They stay in touch with me so I know the progress of the repair. When additional car issues are found, they let you know via text and photo. Everyone there is pleasant, friendly and helpful. They provide rides within 5 miles from the business, which is also a blessing. If your car takes longer than a day to repair, they'll take you to a car rental.

It’s hard finding a mechanic that you can trust that also has fair pitching AND customer service that Forest above and beyond. So blessed to have found RM Automotive! Shuttle service - no pressure on an up sell. They will let you know everything that needs addressing but will then prioritize in case budget is an issue. I’ve gone in thinking I need something only to have them tell me that that service was not required. Trust-service- free shuttles! Can’t beat ‘me!
