I took my 2013 4Runner to RM automotive for the first time this week I've only always taking my truck to the dealer I loved the service at this place it great everybody was nice and professional and I saved hundreds of dollars.

I am so grateful I found RM Automotive. I've been going there for 2 years and have been very happy with their service, reasonable prices and Rich is awesome. The first time I called them was to ask a question on their price because the Toyota Dealership charged me an arm & a leg for a service. RMA was 100's of dollars cheaper. Long story, won't go into it. If you want Good Service, Reasonable Prices and most important HONESTY, I recommend RM Automotive hands down. You won't be sorry.. J.B. I have been taking my car to R&M for several years now and I have always been treated so nicely by all of the staff, even when I have done my car a disservice! R&M staff always explains my cars needs to me in a manner in which I understand and which is not condescending in any way. I will continue to use R&M for years to come!

My husband found them within a few months after moving into the valley 20 years ago and now I can say without any reservations that they ARE THE BEST and HONEST mechanics. In the years since, we have purchased Honda's and Acura's because we want to keep them as mechanics. They just don't work solely on Honda family but has expanded to other Japanaese manufacturers. The owners, Reed and Mike, and service writer, Rich, are knowledgable AND they will take their time to let their customers understand the problems of their cars without any aggressive sales pitch. Thank you for the shuttle service that they provide where Heidi, the busy office manager, sets aside time from her busy work load to bring you home and pick you up, if necessary. Once a client comes in the shop, they will take care of you until you receive your fixed car.

Very good service. I was treated especially well with advice given on a possible problem. I was shuttled home while my car was being repaired. Both Danny & Heidi were very courteous and as far as the work was concerned everything seems to be going well. Danny said the technicians could not hear a knock on the engine neither did I when hear a knock when I was there. However when I got home and went into my garage I did hear a little something. It shows itself in my garage when the car idles. Perhaps it is a normal part of idling but that little sound I hear manifests itself in my garage.
