What a find! I met Heidy at a community event and she told me all about RM Automotive and the owner and her enthusiasm and the fact that a few of my Toyota's issues were a little difficult for my mechanic to figure out got me to give this place a shot...and I'm glad I did! They were VERY transparent about my cars' issues, providing a detailed report with pictures (I have never, ever seen that before), various options that could fit my budget and you could see that they wanted to help you, not just charge up the ying yang. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust that also knows what they're doing and the staff is really helpful and explain everything clearly (which is important for me who understands little about cars). I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and will be doing so for sure!

They are professional in the quality of their work and service. The shop is clean and orderly. AAA recomended. They work with your schedule and almost always have repairs done same day. I left the dealership and came to RM and don't plan to go back.

A little on the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for. Excellent service and communication along with photos of items on tour car that need attention. I will be back!
