When I bring my vehicles to RM Automotive I know they will be serviced properly. They are not the cheapest place for automotive repairs and service but I know my vehicles are in good hands at RM and that they are honest and their mechanics are top notched.

I always took my 2005 Toyota Prius to the dealership for service but for the past couple of years the service there has not been up to par. RM Automotive is exactly what I was looking for for a replacement shop that could replace the dealership. RM Automotive has free shuttle service (which is KEY for me being able to drop off my car) and the people there are extremely friendly and helpful. Gave me no nonsense and told me exactly what was going on with my car, what was needed and what could be taken care of later. Will be bringing my car there from now on.

Great repair service and the best customer service since I started coming to you folks years ago. The repairs are always done when promised if not sooner. I am always getting first class service and never stranded. When I've had an emergency, you always resolve any issues so my life is smooth.

First visit to RM automotive, and boy was it a good one! EASY EASY EASY people to talk to as they are very kind and understanding! Make a silly mistake like put coolant in the wrong tank, no worries, they won't poke fun at you, but rather, help you fix the problem! To my understanding, they normally work by appointments, and I didn't have one, but they made room for me the day I came in! VERY nice if you ask me! I have found my new go-to auto services! Thank you!
