Excellent shop!

After visiting the service area of our local dealership, I was not satisfied with their, "It's normal, we cannot find anything wrong with your truck" response. The problem persisted and I decided to try a different service shop. I searched for one with outstanding reviews and came up with RM Automotive. I was surprised to find that RM Auto was a very professional auto repair business with each of the staff very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. Although busy, they were able to take the car in that same day to diagnose the problem. They contacted me via text/email and attached photos of problem areas. It was pretty easy to see what needed to be done. They did excellant work and finished the job that afternoon.

I was buying a used truck for my son and brought the truck to RM for the pre-purchase check up. They did a a great job! I got a full diagnostic report which let me know everything I needed and wanted to know to make a very informed decision on the purchase of the vehicle.

Have used RM Automotive for many, many years and I would not take my car anywhere else. They provide a pickup and drop-off service, their rates are competitive, their work is good and they are honest and pleasant people.

This place is legit. I would not be afraid to take a nice car here. Everything was done properly and by the book, and the prices were noticeably less than the Infiniti dealer. The shop was clean, and the staff were friendly and courteous. Everything was professionally quoted, documented, invoiced, guaranteed and billed. RM is not a bootleg shop where some guy sprays and spits and ducktapes your car and wants cash only. The work was done on time with plenty of communication. I even received a pleasant email with a detailed breakdown of the condition of my car. I am glad I finally found a good shop close to where I live, and I would be happy to return.

RM Automotive is one of the most-- or perhaps THE most-- professional, trustworthy garages I've ever dealt with. They aren't the lowest-priced outfit in town, but in my opinion, based on the quality of their service, they are worth it. RM stands by their work; I speak from experience.

All the team at RM are brilliant. I brought in a nightmare of a care. Evo 8 that had been customized with after market parts for stunts in movies. All the team got together to figure out what issues. I was given a very comprehensive photographic and written report of all issues that where found. Each one was categorized into the levels. From that I was able to discuss which I should go ahead and fix, which I could wait on and which where in good order. I was picked up and taken home while the car was being fixed, which was a joy. Whole experience was very easy, upfront and honest. I will be going back and referring RM for sure. Thank you team.
