I've taken my Honda Accord to RM for years. I like the people and the service. It's excellent. It's more personal than a dealership and I like that a lot. The best thing I can say is that my car runs well!

RM's team was light on staff the day I went in for my wife's Odyssey repair. Mike, the owner rolled up his sleeves and went working to get his commitments honored. What a great guy and team! The minivan is running like a dream!

They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and had fair prices. The work was done in a timely manner and they also had a convenient shuttle service. I was quite pleased, I highly recommend them.

Mike and his team have helped me before with my Camry and they just helped us with our Sienna. The Check Engine light had come on and RM diagnosed the problem and worked with me on the price for the solution. Plus RM was able to fix a balancing issue that another company could not correct after 2 attempts. I highly recommend RM.

These gentlemen do what they say they’re going to do, no surprises. I had my Nissan Versa there for transmission flush service , they used high quality fluid like the STEALERSHIP! But they flushed it with 12 quarts (lines and all), the dealer only does a drain and fill for the same price!! My new place for service...

We have a 91 Suzuki Geo Tracker with about 150K miles. Stopped in for a estimate, price quoted seemed fair, car was finished as promised. Car running the best it has in a long time.

I used to only go to the dealer for car service, and went to RM on a fluke when my previous car was leaking oil. The staff there was honest, straightforward and helpful, so when I bought a new car, I started going there, and have never looked back. Mike and his staff are diligent, responsible, warm and helpful!

Nice people. If you know nothing about cars go here. I was quoted roughly $6500 to rebuild an engine. Upon further research I found a shop across the street that would do it for $3500. When I told the staff about the shop they claimed to have never heard of the place . When I went to the shop across the street the owner of the shop says he has rebuilt engines for rm auto before . I feel that a 100% markup is probably gouging and may be borderline illegal not only dishonest. Basically rm was never going to perform the work on the vehicle because their shop is not equipped to. They were simply going to drive my truck probably across the street or maybe to another rebuilder in town and pocket $3000. These guys are maintenance guys and can not handle major repairs. Also I was charged $100 for a leak down test that proved nothing. I don’t believe in ruining the rating of a small business but I know that the owner reads these things so on google
