I brought my 2013 honda odyssey here after the dealer told me that my axle is leaking fluid. Rich did an inspection and said that there actually was no leak but some oil stains. Straight up honest dude doing honest work. I would definitely recommend RM to anyone looking for work on their vehicle

I've been taking my car to RM Automotive for more than a year after my sister and her husband recommended this place. I used to take my car to Northridge Toyota or another dirt cheap place and never again will I make that mistake. Everyone here is great. Rich is very transparent with the services I do and don't need. They've always been accommodating regarding providing a rental car for the days I need one when I drop my car off before work, when I need to use their shuttle service, and just overall accommodating to my schedule. This business cares about the work/life quality of their employees; thus, they are not opened on the weekends. Albeit this is inconvenient to not be able to take your car in on the weekends. Also, there is a maximum AAA discount you get for services, so expect a maximum discount of $50 or so based on the cost of whatever service you're paying. They are not the cheapest place I use to take my car in, but for the quality of the service you receive, you are definitely getting value and it is definitely money well spent.

I went to RM automotive yesterday to use my triple AAA coupon, yes they are an approved facility! I was greeted with courteous and highly professional staff who helped me with no fuss. Also they provided drop off and pick up to my home while I waited for my car to be serviced. Amazing service, no wonder they have been around for years in this industry. Heidi the manager was very nice, I even had my license plate frames for free! I will recommend this facility to everyone who needed fast, efficient and professional service for their car!

Rm does a great job and they are very nice, give you a ride home and pick you up when the car is done, they did charge me $41.00 to install a battery though.

Very good service, explains the findings and make recommendations but doesn't pressure customers . Excellent drop off and pick-up service.

When my car started giving me trouble, I was terrified I was going to have to take it to the dealer. Nooooo! Then i found Rich at RM. He was kind, polite & helpful. They diagnosed my car and not only found the problem, but other things I was unaware of. Never any pressure, just informative. I felt so comfortable with them, I had them do all the work. My car was done on time at at the cost quoted. I will be referring them to friends & family. GREAT PLACE!

The needed repairs were fully explained to me. Competitive pricing that beats what the auto dealers charge. The.car was ready when promised. Alternate ride or shuttle service available. A great guarantee on the repairs.

Excellent experience at R.M.Automotive! RICH was working behind the counter, friendly, knowledgeable. He found the part I needed for my vehicle even though I'd gone to 3 other shops that were unable to help me prior to discovering R.M. He notified me as soon as the part was in and when I returned to have it installed Rich was there and installed it immediately. The price was very fair and he even fixed a couple minor things at no extra charge. Really liked this shop and made another appointment to get some basics taken care of, again at a very reasonable price.
