I've been going to the dealer to service my car and when they recently closed, I needed to find a new place. I discovered RM Automotive here on yelp and the reviews absolutely measure up. They did the necessary servicing and did a thorough overview of the car which seems to be a routine thing they do. While they did discover /inform me of some additional normal wear and tear issues that should be addressed soon (brakes and spark plugs), they did not push these additional services as most other mechanic shops would. I will definitely be bringing my car back for these services.They are knowledgeable, they take pride in the work they provide, are timely, and their prices seem quite fair and reasonable, even before the AAA discount. I;m glad I discovered this place. Thanks Mike and thank you yelpers.

Same great service as usual: had oil changed, tune-up, etc. Place was clean, everyone was friendly and went out of their way, service was quick and reliable and explanations given for work completed and what additional servicing should be done. All that plus we got our AAA discount! Thank you!

I came across this place from searching on Yelp. I'm glad I did cause they seemed pretty genuine. I just came in for an alignment and Rich was taking care of me the whole time. He even told me a few things that needed to be fixed on my car, this was nice to know. It took about an hour for my alignment to be done (which is how long he said it would be) so you can just sit in the lobby, grab a cup of coffee and read a magazine or watch tv. RM does know what they are doing and talking about. Very professional. Thanks, Rich!

Excellent service. This was the first time that I have come to their shop. I had a failed battery. They seemed very competent, first checking that the cars charging system was working correctly, and load testing the battery. They installed a new battery while I waited and reset the Nav System and windows that had lost settings when the power was removed. The price was fair. The shop is clean and neat. There is coffee available in the waiting area.

Rich and the guys are very professional. My car was not starting and I needed them to do perform a diagnostic to determine what was the cause. Rich waited for my car to be dropped off by the tow truck company and called me the next day with the results. Fortunately is only a misconnection to my starter!Prices can be a little on the high side, but they generally use all OEM Honda/Acura parts, which is the way to go. Overall, great experience, will recommend to anyone.

Went here today AWESOME service! Good prices! Easy going and friendly staff. They offer rides to anywhere in the valley to any customer. My phone was acting up when I tried to check in and the guy was nice enough to let me use the coupon anyway! Really happy I came here today, there is a donut shop and nail salon around the corner of the building. They also gave me tips on what to fix next and the pricing for it. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

This was my first time going to RM Automotive and I was very happy with the overall experience. My Honda was due for it's 90k mile check-up and I had brought it in to the Honda dealer initially but when their service quote came to a few thousand dollars I found RM on Yelp and decided to give them a try. They checked out the car and found a couple of items that the car needed such as spark plugs, which I knew it needed but the dealer missed this, and eliminated a couple of other items stating that they could wait until the next service. The final cost came in a few hundred dollars less than the dealer quote. Rich was courteous, and thorough explaining what was needed and why it was needed and calling me during the day as he said he would. They are not open on weekends but they do offer their customers complimentary shuttle service which is a nice and unfortunately rare service these days. I will definitely be using them for all future car maintenance.

We bring our SC coupe here whenever it needs something done. Rich takes care of us. Would recommend RM Automotive to anyone.

R M saved the day. My daughter's car broke down 50 miles from home while visiting relatives. While some shops might take advantage of our situation, Rich and the team were courteous on the phone, explained everything well, and even picked up my daughter when her car was ready! Great service, fair price, and completed the job without anyone missing school! Thanks again, I will share my happy story with all my friends in need of a competent automotive service.
