Had a great experience here! They fixed the problems that the last mechanic of mine did and great service too. I really appreciate the fact that they have a shuttle to take you to home while your car gets serviced.

I came to this shop for so many years since they opened it to have two of my son's cars repaired. I currently have my wife HONDA ACCORD service at this place. I totally satisfied with their service, repair or maintenance on our cars. Never have any single complaints at all. The shop is very clean, easy to make appointment, giving you ride home as needed, professional and expert repair, honest, staying behind their work and never create the work for their own interest. They operating like dealer shop but not at dealer price, their price is very fair. Too much to say, I suggested that any of you one day just bring your Honda, Acura, Lexus, etc.. to this shop to have them serviced, you'll find out exactly what my rating is.I wrote this rating just to thank in return for their excellent service on our cars.

This review is more technical than the others. I own an old '93 Toyota Corolla. The A/C finally conked out. In the valley, that is bad news. I knew that the A/C had to be converted from R12 freon to R132. I took it in to R&M. I got an estimate for replacement with the proviso that they would check the system out during the conversion. Sure enough, since the A/C is so old, the O-ring and another part had to be replaced. I approved. After a few days of driving the car, instead of blowing hot air, I now get cold. The cost was very reasonable. My car is 24 years old!Secondly, over a year ago, I took in my Corolla to R&M. The previous smog check showed that my NO (nitrous oxide) reading was right at the max acceptable reading (504ppm). I asked for an EGR valve replacement but Rich recommended an EGR service which should suffice to drop the NO at a lower cost. I just had another smog check this month. The NO reading at 15mph was recorded at 194 ppm. I knew that the car would fail had I done nothing. I did not want to pay extra cash for a smog re-test. Also, no need to run around trying to find a shop that would do the work. I hate frantic. By the way, VW has just been flushed out with a huge NO scandal. R&M does not fix VW's, I think.This is my second review on R&M.

The staff was very professional, yet personable. I was provided a ride back to my home and back to the shop when the car was ready. The work done was explained well by Rich and done on time. I would definitely recommend RM to my friends.

Super solid service. Rich tells you what's wrong with the car but doesn't do a hard sell which I like. Easy to make appointments, complimentary drop off and pick up, a nice lobby to wait in. Plus the Office Manager Heidi is really nice! Exactly what I want from my mechanic.

Back again from another wonderful trip to RM Automotive--and I say that having had to drop significant coin this time (new front-brake pads & rotor resurfacing and a new serpentine belt on top of a window run I've long known needed replacing and several bulbs and filters I did not). So this was an expensive trip to Valley--yeah, I drive there from Ktown, I love it so much--but after 11 years of them keeping this Corolla running beautifully (and a few years of its predecessor before that, may she rest in peace), I'm fine with that. They always explain everything clearly and thoroughly so I can make an informed decision, and they do great work every single time. I leave feeling safe and secure in my car and in what I've spent, not to mentionhappy and grateful to have such a great service team in my life.

These guys are awesome! Every time I took my car here I was happy with the service. I had few repairs done there and they were top quality and reasonably priced. Rich was very prompt and charged me what he quoted and he's a great communicator. Heidi gives you a to work and comes pick you up when your car is ready which is awesome and Heidi herself is awesome too! I would recommend them to anyone!

The time it took to repair was great and he spoke to me like a friend who cared about me...not out to just make money. My truck was done and left in a great position for me to just drive out. I also needed a way to get home and then back to pick up my truck which is important. They provide pick up and delivery for me. Their customer service is fantastic!!!
