I needed a valve adjustment on my Acura MDX. After calling around other different places, none were available to take my car asap. Then I remembered RM Automotive! I called and spoke to Rich and he said I can leave my car overnight since he needs it to be cold in order for them to work on it the following day.Within 24 hours I was able to pick up my car. Had my alternator replaced on my 06 is 250 after 140,000 miles. Rich gave a ball park figure on what to expect to pay, and that is exactly what I paid. I was please with the work and time it took to get done. I will be going back for sure for other suggested services they advised i should consider in the future. Not pushy or stubborn. AAA get a nice %off, since they are a AAA certified repair shop, so bring your card with you.

Absolutely phenomenal place to get your car worked on. I was in a bind and the folks at RM Automotive fixed my car in a timely and costly manor. I would highly recommend their service to anyone. Today I came in here, my first impression was that it was so clean and its unlike any other mechanics I've been to. I told them straight forward what is going on with my car and they told me a straight forward answer. The guy that helped me, Richard, helped me with an honest, reliable, trustworthy answer.
